After interviewing several contractors for roofing and siding we decided to with Empire Contracting Group for my 98 yr old moms house. At that age she was very frightened to have a group of men there . They were nothing more than amazing with her. Very respectful and Their work was very goodShe ended up using them for the roof as well as the siding and even had them put new windows on the back porch.. Thank you Empire Contracting Company for all you did for our mom. Will definitely be using you again when we need something done as well as referring you to friends and family

These guys are fantastic! They put a new roof on for me and convinced me that it would be better NOT to remove the old shingles. When was the last time a contractor turned work away? They arrived on time, did their work and never, ever bothered us. Their work was wonderful! The owner and his son made frequent visits during the day and watched and critiqued as the work progressed. The end result was a great job at a reasonable price. I couldn't ask for more!

As we have it Empire convinced us that a tear off was not necessary. They never detabbed properly, if it can be put in a garbage bag. Once installed the shingles never layer flat and we were told they would when they heated up in the sun. A month after being installed the wind blew a good portion off, resulting in the contractor telling us it was an insurance claim. He got paid from our insurance company. Then covid hit, he sent another guy out to do a second repair on the blown off shingles that guy said the repair was done incorrectly…nails are sticking up through. He was contacted again and said he would come repair for other nail issues. Needless to say the shingles have never layed flat. We had another contractor stop by to fix the issue over the porch only to be informed that we now have a major problem where nails are through the shingles and need a tear off. This saga began in October of 2018. Who is responsible for paying to have the roof replaced before our structure is damaged! Paid for the job, ins paid a large chunk of change and now this! Do Not Use Empire. Not my dime.Service: Roof installation
