Maressa replace our windows, installed new exterior doors and remodeled two bath rooms. We were very pleased with the results. My wife loves the new master bath with a new walk in shower. Maressa team were all polite and kept us informed thru out the project. Most importantly they cleaned up at the end of the day to minimize disruption of our lives during the remodel.

Patrick and his crew came in and did an excellent job of installing doors. He also repair drywall for us. They were on time, they did what they said they would do, and they were all very polite. I would definitely hire Maressa Remodeling again.

I had Maressa Remodeling update my bathroom 10 years ago. The work was done in a very timely manner and quality was definitely their main goal. A few years ago it was time to update my kitchen. Called Maressa again and once again they did not disappoint. The kitchen is beautiful.

Maressa was contracted by Pace Windows and doors and performed the install of our new windows.The contractor came well equipped with their workcrew, very professional and clean. They were at the house for approximately 5 hours to perform the installation, taking them about 2.5 hours to remove and get the new windows squared, plumbed, and fastened. The balance of the time was the patience they took in getting the interior and exterior trim perfect. One of the windows we had replaced was a bow window with 2 doublehungs. The previous installer had some issues with the trim to the soffit which resulted in the soffit sagging. The contractor was very patient and resolved the sagging soffit, doing the job right. It was clear that at least one member of the installation crew was inexperienced. I observed the lead installer to be checking their work and providing some coaching moments to the less experienced team members. In light of continuous improvement and the development of talent, I had no objections to how those situations were handled. I am confident we received a proper installation. The contractor was meticulous when it came to caulking and lets face it when doing a job like windows, you have to be meticulous. Great job Maressa Remodeling!

We had this company build us a 24' X 24' addition & we were very satisfied with the quality & workmanship of this company. They have a great team of guys working for them that made us very comfortable in their knowledge of what they were doing and they were friendly but professional! They answered any questions we had & always got back to us in a timely manner. If we need anymore work done in the future we will definitely give them a call back!
