Ordered custom storm door..2 months later still arguing with sales man that it hasn’t been installed yet and now wants to charge us more for wrong measurement size..I’m asking for my deposit back and will never go back again!!! Manhasset location and Kevin👎🏽

Purchased 28 windows for $28k from Kevin. 6 screens came in damaged. It did take a while for me to notice as we put the screens safely aside during the window installation. I spoke with Kevin 3x and he said he would see what he could do. Now I dont even get a call back. What BS for 6 damaged screens, they couldnt even rescreen them? No calls back...

We received a track for our screen door that had already been cut, so needed a replacement. We also needed a garden window and called many times with no call back. Finally we needed to go into showroom in person to place the order

No help at all . This was in the Manhasset location. The guy Was completely rude to my bf we asked for help since he said he knew nothing about windows and doors and needed advice and wanted to spend around $1500 the guys response was what you want from me" obviously my bf isn't going to beg anyone for help or to take his money. The worst company. They won't be getting business from us

Total dud of a store. Sales didnt know enough about their products. Suggested that we go to a far away store to see other products. We won't deal with windowrama that's for sure.
