I was looking for roofer to identify a leaking problem from the roof 2 weeks after closing. Ed was able to come the same day I called while all the rest either no show or came 2-3 days later. He kept the communication open until job is done. The price is very competitive and job is was done quickly. I like working with honest people instead of big brand with heavy overhead. Will use them again for future roof work and recommend to friends who need a roof done. Photos are old metal ridge vent and new vent.

I first used EJ's Contractors CNY several years ago to seal a leaking skylight and install two chimney caps. It was a very positive experience that solidified my decision to hire them for our home's roof replacement this summer. Again, Ed and his crew did a great job for us. Our new roof looks and performs great. They were professional, hardworking, responsive, and no nonsense (which I like). l did get two other estimates to be prudent and Ed's was right in the middle. EJ's Contractors CNY just finished a roofing job for a rental property I have in a residential area (Fayetteville). Eddie came recommended from an electrician/plumber friend of mine. Job was top notch from start to finish. Entire roof tear off and replacement done in one day (proper tools and crew size). Owner works along side the crew for the duration and personally came back next day for finishing touches and trim work. I've worked with a fair amount of contractors and Eddie was easy to work with, the job was done right and in a timely manner, and the price was fair. The tenants love their new roof and complimented the whole operation (he used to be a roofer so he knew what to look for). I have already recommended this company to friends/family since this was my first time working with them. Thanks, Eddie and thank you to Brian for the recommendation!

I desperately need a new roof. So I called this place looking to get a price estimate for the roof. After the person picked up, I explained I was looking for a price estimate for a new roof. He replied, "Hard to do over the phone." I misheard him speak & thought he had said he won't do it over the phone, & so I repeated what I thought I heard him say back to him as a question (To Clarify Just In Case I Had Heard Him Wrong), I replied saying, "Oh so you won't do that over the phone?"The way this guy replied after I calmly asked back this reasonable question, you would have thought I just murdered this guys dog or something as he yelled back what he actually said, "HARD TO DO OVER THE PHONE!!!" (Him Knowing I Simply Heard Him Incorrectly, He Could Have Easily Solved The Misunderstanding Instead Of Loosing It As He Did). Honestly I'm not even as mad as much as I am confused.It's not as if we had some kind of long bad history, it's not even like I was an irritating costumer being a pain for hours on the phone or something, this was literally the second thing he had ever spoken/yelled to/at me (All Within Less Than A Minute. Great First Impression & Overall Customer Service... XD). I was so taken back by the unprovoked zero to a million response I myself didn't know how else to respond other than to say, Alright well bye, followed by hanging up.I'm not entirely sure if maybe this guy just has mental health issues or anger issues or what his issue are. My advice to anyone looking for roof work is unless you're some kind of masochist with absolutely no respect for yourself & want to be yelled at & treated like complete shit, from my limited experience with this business, avoid & stay as far away from this place as humanly possible!

No response.Called you later in the day and you said you were busy and the weather not good you didn't know if you could make it that day.Called you again on Nov 5 and you said you'd be there that Saturday or Sunday at the latest (Nov 9 -10).Today is Dec 5 and haven't seen you.
