The Amish Built Shed is good with average quality.The concrete pad and the crew or company that poured it twice...yes twice due to spalling was neither professional or interested in a quality installation. The formers were old 2 x 10s that failed. The concrete was poured in cold and wet weather and suffered spalling and chipping. It was rained on and not covered.The fight to get it right was painful. There are signs of excessive sloping and the overall pad is not square. Beware. Hire your own pad concrete pouring company. The original pad required a 3" topper.Notice the garage does not sit flush on the pad. (Photo)Notice the back or west side...very poor installation.

I wanted a shed with unique requirements, and The Amish Structures modified one of their standard designs to get me exactly what I needed. Dave was a pleasure to deal with - and very responsive working through details, in established an order, and in communicating delivery. He delivered a great product, and when a small component was damaged in the difficult placement of the shed - he had it fixed/replaced the next day. Highly satisfied...

I needed a 144 sq ft shed. Showed up at Amish Structures on a Saturday and picked one out. Very well constructed buildings. I talked to the owner and he did a site visit two days later, he wanted the ground to dry up to keep from putting ruts in the lawn. Hit some nice weather a week later. They came in and put in a level gravel bed in the morning, and the shed was delivered and placed in the afternoon. Probably one of the friendliest crews I have dealt with…. Nice operation all around!

0 STARS....I also saw his display at the State Fair a few years ago. We decided to go with Amish Structures and met with Dave to have a custom "detached porch" built. We had several meetings with him and he was totally on board with everything we wanted. We weren't even asking for too much customization, actually less. We just wanted a box screen on the top and a solid wall that goes all the way to the floor. We didn't want any of the extra trim that you usually see on "gazebos". Well, when it FINALLY got delivered..it came with screens from ceiling to floor, and the solid wall did not go all the way to the floor. Along with the trim that is making it very difficult to adjust to make it the way we wanted. Basically it is a gazebo with a solid wall instead of the spindles that you usually see. I had family in from out of town at the same time the structure was delivered so I was a bit distracted and I should have held the remaining payment until the issue was resolved. LIVE AND LEARN!! I did the right thing and paid the remaining balance BAD MOVE!! When I did contact Dave about the issue he was very ready to "make it right, and make us happy". He came to the house and looked at it. After a long period of time with no contact we called him and he did a complete turnaround. According to him, this is what we ordered and he was not going to do anything about it. Now we have a structure that we do like but finding it quite difficult to get the repairs done to make it what we originally wanted.

If you need a garage or shed, this is the place to go! They have a large selection of buildings on-site, so you can look around and get ideas. Dave listens to what you need and makes suggestions, but doesn't pressure you. Our 24'x24' garage was delivered on time, well-constructed, and set up just as we wanted. It looks great! Dave & his staff are professional and friendly; customer satisfaction is their goal!

I had a 40-year-old shed in need of replacement. I talked with Dave, he visited the site, step me thru the process, made some recommendations and explained the site preparation. He kept me informed that the pandemic is affecting the supply chain. Construction and delivery remained on schedule. The only complaint came from a nest of yellow jackets and the woodchuck that made the original shed their home. We had an amazing experience with Dave at The Amish Structures! We chose a custom built 24x26 2-car garage w/no floor, and also had them install the pad. The quality and price were unmatched after a considerable amount of homework and shopping around. No one else offers the ability to actually see these full-sized building on site. The real treat was the day of install, when the Amish family came to our home. They take great pride in their work. We were also surprised by the 50-year warrantee on the siding, and lifetime warrantee on windows, latches, and hardware. Also that the pad was 8 inches when most are 4 inches thick for the same price. I would never recommend anyone else. My garage is better built than most homes!

They built my house! Absolutely heart felt! I actually went right to the barn where the Amish were working on my shell before they brought to it my location! It was fascinating! Best decision we could have made was going through them!
