All our interactions with Express Way Roofing & Chimney were extremely positive and we recommend them without any reservations. Tony and the entire crew did an A-MAZ-ING job replacing our rear cedar deck and repairing our side deck. We learned they handle a lot more than decks/roofing/chimney and plan to call them first about any future “outdoor projects”. We also appreciate that they were sensitive to our budget constraints and worked out a project scope that made sense rather than pitching to start from scratch as others had done. Express way roofing and chimney fixed our roof when we had a leak in our house. My engineer came out with a drone to send up to take pictures of the roof. The staff kept in touch with me, sent all documents and an estimate of the cost for the work. They made it all very convenient and easy for me. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The guys that did the roof work did an excellent job and went above and beyond in the quality of their work. They also emailed me photos of the completed work. Hired Express way roofing and chimney to replace my roof. They were excellent very responsive, and the last 2 roofing companies I hired did not fix the leak. Finally they came, found the leak was the vent pipe, but i wanted a warranty so I did a whole new roof which came with 20 year warranty. I'm not leaving Montauk anytime soon so the warranty was worth the peace of mind. I highly recommend the team at Express way roofing and chimney, everything was honest and went smoothly. The Customer service at Express way roofing and chimney was amazing. I needed them same day and they really wet above and beyond to come the same day and did the work the next day. Most of these companies didn't answer my calls, or were too busy to show up. Lucky i found them because they actually did great work and the leak went away. NIce guys but don't know what they are doing. They replaced my flat roof in 2018. It leaked immediately, They came back about five times over the next two years to try to fix. Still leaks. They installed a roof coating which peeled off. They promised to replace but kept delaying and now say that the price of the coating has increased so they won't do it. Good luck if you use them.Service: Roof repair

I called these guys because I had a leaky skylight and They were able to come over quickly to assess the situation. My roof was 8 years old and pretty much had been ignored since it was installed. They were not only able to fix the skylight, but gave a very competitive price to tar all joints / seams and apply silver coating. Even better he gave me a 5 year warranty on the roof. Highly recommended.

Very good experience with Caleb running the project. The roof looks fantastic. Time (~20+ years) will tell if the quality is great, but I can say that I was impressed the key contact that I had who was Caleb. Excellent, professional work at a premium price. Replaced the entire concrete floor of my two car garage which had collapsed, and they did some extra minor fixes too. Fantastic workmanship. This floor will last a lifetime. Also re-routed some of the original gutters that the builder had designed poorly, and did a great job on that too. Very good people too!
