Limi was so nice to work with. I called for an estimate and he came that same day- gave me a fair price and completed the repair the next day. I was so glad, as we had lost several roof shingles and I was worried about leaks. He was kind and professional and explained everything - even took pictures from up top my very steep roof so I could see the damage and what had been fixed. The repair looks great! Excellent service! Limi of Royal Roofing and Gutters has done two jobs for me in the past two years. He has repaired part of my roof and today installed new copper flashing around my chimney. I called him because I thought I needed a new roof. He came immediately to check my roof and calmed my fears by informing me that all I needed was new flashing around the chimney. He did a beautiful job. I love that Limi takes pictures before and after to show his customers. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable, thorough, kind and honest. My gutters were sagging. I figured it was time to replace them. I contacted Limi (the owner) through the Royal website email on Thursday and he responded immediately. We set up an estimate for Saturday and he arrived at the agreed upon time and inspected the gutters.The job was more involved than I anticipated. There was some damaged soffits that needed to be addressed and Limi explained that he didn't want to just replace the gutters without repairing the damage because it wouldn't be the right way to do it and he takes too much pride in his work to do half a job. He took pictures and explained each one. He said if I didn't want to spend the money he would understand and I should hire someone else. This was all before he gave me an estimate. I agreed to his estimate and his crew arrived Tuesday morning (Monday was Labor Day). They completed the job that evening. They left the property spotless. There was no additional work or charges in addition to the scope of work in the estimate. I was totally satisfied with the results, but I was especially impressed with Limi's responsiveness to my concerns and his approach to his business. I always felt like my satisfaction was the most important thing to him. If you need gutters you can't go wrong with Royal. I highly recommend them for their quality work,honesty, and superb customer service.
