Used On Call Restoration to investigate and remediate damage from a broken water pipe from severe winter weather. Found the crew to be incredibly professional, responsive, and thorough from beginning to end. On call restoration is an excellent company. I had a water leak from my washing machine that ruined my floors and left a mildew smell. John took the water damage laminate floors out, treated the area and used industrial equipment to dry the wood floor underneath. Once the floor was fully dried, there was no more smell. When I needed help with my insurance claim, he reached out immediately and assisted me.
