Long Islanders Precision team did an excellent job replacing my leaking roof and siding. We have very complex roof design with siding elements on the roof. It required proper installation of flashing when roof meets siding. We have replaced 6 skylights. Everything was done with the highest degree of professionalism and accuracy. When installing new siding, team removed all electrical fixtures and awning and put everything back without any issue. All cables were carefully avoided, we did not lose Internet and cable service even for a few minutes. Team cleaned all construction garbage after work was done. I was very pleased with work attitude of the crew. Roof was done practically in 2 days, siding was installed in 5 working days. Quality of the work is exceptional. I was referred to Long Island Precision roofing by my pastor . Irvin had recently done his roof in January .From the very first meeting with Irvin the communication was immaculate. He explained everything very clear and was very honest and that’s why I made my decision to go with them . Diana was in touch with me and answered all my questions and was able to pencil me in on schedule .The day of my project I was amazed !!! The guys showed up at 7:30am , they set up tarps and unloaded all their equipment, At 8 am the fun started !!! There were 9 men on my roof it was amazing !!I saw everything ripped off and I saw how they replaced some of the bad wood . Irvin and his crew were great. Had them come to replace the double layered roof that started leaking in the last big storm we had. They had the roof done in a day without any issues and no dumpster in my fairly new driveway. And they even matched the shingles on my wife’s little wishing well. Irvin and his team they were great to work with from the start. He showed up to first give me a quote and explain what was involved in the process of replacing my roof. He didn’t just look at the roof and throw a price at me. He explained himself and made sure that I was fully educated on what the process entailed. Purchasing a roof installation is probably one of the most expensive and critical purchases you will make during your home ownership journey. It is important to know what your money is paying for on the installation process. Long Island Precision was very accommodating to my schedule and needs. Just had my roof done by Long Island Precision in Plainview, NY. Irvin and his team were quick professional and clean. Irvin personally met with me throughout the project to make sure I was happy with the end result. We needed a new skylight, since our old one was leaking. Out of the roofing companies that gave us an estimate. Irvin had the fairest price. Once the work started our old roof shingles were very brittle, since they are over 25 years old, and needed to be replaced for the area around the skylight, this required an extra charge that was not outrageous.I highly recommend this company, Irvin and his team were professional, punctual and neat. We are enjoying a non leaking brand new skylight at a fair cost. We also referred them to friends.

They did a great job. We had an issue with how the house was sealed up and they were the only company we trusted to do the job right especially if we were spending all this money on new siding. They took the time to make sure the foundation and house was all sealed properly before putting the Siding up. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with how it came out. And we don’t have the drafts or other issues like we had in the past. We would highly recommend them

My experience with this roofing company was terrible!!!! When we signed our contract in February, Irvin told us the job will be done in 2 weeks, which would've been end of Feb/beginning of March. When that time came he never showed up, or even called us to explain what happen. We called him the 2nd week of March and he told us our new date is March 22nd. On March 22nd he never showed up, or even called to explain what happen. We called him a few days later and he said there were rainouts so he couldn't get to us. He told us that he'll be there within the week, end of March. When that time came around he never showed up, or even called us to explain what happen...SMH!!! I called him on April 1st and he said the rainouts have them backed up but not to worry that our new date of April 10th is it!! He told us that day is "rainouts included," if not that day then the next. April 10th arrived and guess what?..... He NEVER SHOWED UP...SMH!!! But this time he called that evening to say, you guessed it, rainouts...smh!! Let me say this as well, for every date that we were given to do our roof, it did not rain. Anyway on April 11th Irvin and his crew didn't show up again, BUT, we did also spoke with a DIFFERENT roof company, signed a contract with them on April 12th, and our roof was completed on April 13th. We could not trust the work of Long Island Precision Roofing anymore...SMH!!

I always check reviews before hiring and question companies with only 5 star reviews, but I can confidently say that Long Island Precision is exactly as everyone raved about. Irvin came and gave me a quote the same day I placed the call, and had me scheduled the following week. Their work is quality, and Irvin was on site both days to provide updates and answer questions. His team is professional, and made sure to thoroughly clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Their pricing is extremely fair with excellent results.
