He texted me an hour after his missed appointment and said he had an "emergency call". Stated he would either show up later that day or call to reschedule. He didn't follow through, did not return my calls and just ghosted us. Days later a different local service for a different project was at my house and from what I gather, I dodged a bullet when DPMR didn't show. Apparently he has a shotty reputation around town.

I called to ask about a quote for my lawn since they also to lawn maintenance. The lady I spoke with over the phone wasn't sure whether they did tiling, etc. She said she would have someone call me back. No one ever did. They should have at least been courteous and called back even if it wasn't something they handle.I've had one other time when I had they do a quote for fixing my ceiling. The price was outrageous. I had someone else do the same for half the price.

We have Deragon Property Management &Renovations company come to cut our hedge that runs the length of our property in Ogdensburg. It needs cutting about every five-six weeks in the summer. They do a very good job and with cleanup, for a very good price. We are very satisfied.

Waited 2 weeks for an estimate that never came and when I called to inquire they ignored me. I guess that's how they let you know they don't want the job. Ignorant. I wouldn't recommend them for anything.
