The technician at the Massena Safelite location is beyond amazing !! He has provided multiple services for me and has done an excellent job doing all. He was very nice and was helpful answering any questions i had. He’s very quick with his work but definitely does an amazing job at it !! I didn’t happen to catch his name but i highly recommend them to anyone for sure.

Told me they had my windshield in stock at their warehouse and then the day before the appointment, suddenly they didn't have one available and wanted me to go on a waiting list! I wasted 1 week waiting for a windshield and could have had one already in the process of being shipped

Very happy with the service. I told my technician that I had to be at work in a few hours and he got my windshield replaced in 20 minutes! I expected 1-2 hours but I was in and out before I knew it. Highly recommend.

I needed to have my windshield replaced after I noticed a huge crack after I brought my truck out of storage for the winter. They were very friendly and extremely prompt I don't think it took 20 minutes to have my windshield replaced! Great job I highly recommend this place.

DON’T GO HERE. RIP OFFF!!! Chipped my windshield and brought to Safelite in Massena. Picture shows Safelite "repairs". We were not happy at all. Complained and they told us to change our windshield. We took our vehicle to Ziebart in Cornwall and see the results in the picture. Seriously don’t waste your time with these amateurs. They have no idea what they are doing. Take the time and go to Cornwall.When we took to Ziebart in Cornwall, they said NO work was done. They didn't even drill out the core of the chip. They were totally trying to take advantage of us and now we're out $154. Ziebart even showed us how to put into our insurance.AGAIN DON'T GO HERE!!!! RIP OFF MASTERS!!! They should be charged with theft!

I scheduled the repair online and Safelite used text messages to let me know when the installer would be arriving at my house for the repair. Tim did an excellent job with the repair, cleaning up the old broken glass, even from inside the body panels, and inspecting the rear door mechanism while he had the interior body panels off. My kids watched and he patiently explained the whole process to them. He was on time, very clean, professional, and thorough in his work. Can't say enough about my experience with the company and the installer.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I was very satisfied with the service. My windshield was repaired within 2hrs of calling the insurance company. Tim was the repair technician who filled in my chipped windshield. He let me know when he was on his way, he explained the process to me as he worked, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful when answering all of my questions. My windshield on recently purchased vehicle needed replacement. My mechanic suggested Safelite, as he's been satisfied with their work. The tech showed up an hour and a half past the agreed upon four hour time slot. I missed an appointment, for which I had to pay, since I could not show up there as promised. While a discount was given regarding the missed time slot, further reduction was not possible to secure, as Tech's cell phone had limited service in my area. The promised wiper blades which had been supplied were the wrong size for my car. Over all a frustrating experience. I did like the fact they came to my house, but ti would have been faster I think to go their shop for windshield replacement. Perhaps they would have had the correct size wiper blades there. Now I must spend even more time tracking down and having new wiper blades installed. Would I use Safelit again? Undecided at the moment, as I'm out $75 for missed appointment after being assured that I'd be able to keep the 2 PM time slot.

I own a 2018 Tesla Model 3. While sourcing the glass was a bit of a challenge (not Safelite's problem), it was still quite quick (2 weeks). The service tech was not only extremely flexible, but was extensively knowledgeable and took the time to explain the steps he took. I was initially worried about all the complex camera tech that is in the windshield, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Safelite again.

I went to the Safelite website and scheduled an appointment for mobile service (come to your home to fix). The repair person arrived on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The price I was charged was less than that quoted on the internet because the employee offered discounts. I was very happy with the service!

The minor snowflake repair hasn't lasted a year and I've been informed that's my problem. I had a scheduled appointment at home to replace the windshield. They never showed up not did they call to cancel.

Wouldn't replace the windshield because of surface rust. I pulled the windshield out and sealed the edges. Replaced the windshield with no issues in just about a hour. I'll never use them again.

My insurance company suggested using Safelite and I couldn't be happier. They came right to my work and replaced my windshield and even sent me a pic of the technician so I knew who to be on the look out for. So convenient and safe!!

I looked up ramen restaurants in Massena and this was at the top of the list....AND IT SHOULD BE! I ordered the bbq beef bowl ramen and I honestly couldnt be more impressed. The Safelite crew was extremely concise with their service. When my bowl was empty they repaired the situation and replaced my empty bowl. Both the ramen and my experience with this location was excellent.

I called for a full windshield replacement they came to my house two days later with no windshield and assumed they could fill the huge crack that my cars windshield had then rescheduled to come back two days later with a new windshield wouldn’t recommend since they do not listen to there customers

Had 3 chips in my windshield in October 2019 was told by the tech that they weren't deep enough to fix. Well today Monday 20 January I watched 1 of my chips cracked all the way across my windshield. Contacted my insurance and filed a complaint because they charged them 75.00 for nothing. So now I will drive my car to Watertown to have it repaired
