They arrived promptly at 8am and worked to replace my roof. Pricing was more than fair. They got the entire job done in one day, as promised, and at the amount quoted. I contacted Supreme Island Corp due to a leaky ceiling. It turned out that the roof needed replacing, which they did at a reasonable price (I did a cost comparison with other companies beforehand). They were on time for the job, completed everything in one day, and the quality of their work was excellent. They even identified that the roof was slanted so slightly that a flat-roof would have prevented the water damage that developed over time, extending the life of that roof (I researched this and confirmed that, yes, the slant was much too slight for the roofing shingles that were used initially, and a flat roofing would have been better). They made the changes necessary to avoid this issue in the future. They also removed a very old satellite that had been there from the previous homeowners. We recently needed a roof replacement in long island. I got a few quotes but went with Supreme Island because of their reputation in our area. They also have a good warranty on their products and services. When the time came to do the install they were on time and worked very hard to do a good job. Tom was excellent and always provided photos of the job progression.Also everyone in the office were very courteous and professional anytime I had a question or concerns. The final results were great.The roof and gutters look amazing.The job was completed in the time frame they promised and looks awesome. Thanks to the crews and Tom who came to our house first and it was involved on our project. In closing I have to say if you need roof work or gutters for your home you can't go wrong by choosing Supreme Island.

From the beginning of our meeting, I knew that Supreme Island Corp was the right company for me! Tom, from Supreme was exceptionally professional, and punctional. He was able to articulate exactly what my issue was related to the siding that needed repair on my house. What I really appreciated was that Tom did not inflate the charges for the job and was clear and honest about the work that needed to be done. Once the job was completed, the side of my house looks like new! Also, Tom ensured that whenever he said he would call, and/or visit, he did so in a timely manner, making sure that he stayed on task and addressed the matter at hand. When the job was finished, the area was left spotless. I was extremely satisfied with my service and intend to hire Supreme Island Corp company again in the very near future.

We had used these guys before for our roof leak repair and chimney cleaning. These guys are great and aim to please. Bjani and his guys did an amazing job. Very honest and reasonable pricing for the roof replacement. Bjani came out for an estimate and gave me a good price. They made time to come out and take care of the job as soon as possible even though their schedule was very busy. They sent us before and after pictures per our request. I had a few shingles that were badly damaged from a tree branch. I searched the web and found this company willing to stop in within 20 minutes to look at the repair. I happen to have some shingles of the same color and type in my garage. The owners sone arrived within 20 minutes of me calling. He was working in the area and he actually showed up in 20 minutes. He took a look and offered to fix it right then and there since I had the shingles. I have some experience in construction and I told him what I wanted to pay and he accepted. He had it fixed in a jiffy. I asked for a quote for the whole roof in case I would like it replaced in the future. He was happy to measure it up and give me a no pressure quote in just 15 minutes. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and this one is worth remembering.

Do not use this company! If there was an option for a zero star, I would have rated this company just that. I hired Supreme Island Corp to install a new roof. I dealt directly with the owner Tom who doesn't guarantee his work and causes damage to your property during the process. My driveway was damaged from the dumpster he rented to remove the old roof/garbage, my front gate was broken and all the gutters got damaged from the step ladders that his workers were using to go up and down from the roof (they leaned the ladders directly on the gutters) I contacted Tom several times through text messages and provided him with photos of the damages caused to my property and he didn't seem to care. After several attempts to reach out to him, he finally responded by saying he's too busy and it's not his problem. Tom is not professional nor is he responsible and quite frankly hes extremely rude. I don't recommend this roofing company and I regret using them.Service: Roof installation

Tom arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional, courteous and saved me a huge amount of aggravation, money and heartache that my home insurance policy was giving me.
