Pool was green 1/4 of the summer. Signed up with them and then needed to call pretty much every time to get service. Always late on deadlines even with months of notice. They would come, see a green pool, and do nothing about it. People are braindead in customer service. VERY unhappy with the company as a whole. I guess they are overbooked and poorly managed because they don't seem to care if you come or go as a customer. Photos attached were sent to their email after calling so many times to ask why it was still green. They finally gave me a couple weeks off of my invoice but barely said anything and did not apologize. Just started this year with a different east end company and they told me that they had been treating our equipment poorly and incorrectly as well. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. Don't give them your business. They don't want it anyway. I very rarely write a bad review and am very fair and forgiving. Last year with North Fork Pool Care was just a mindblowingly bad experience and I wanted to warn people.Services: Cleaning, Swimming pool equipment maintenance, Swimming pool summerization

Called this business to see if I could get someone to give me an estimate on building a pool on my property. The woman took my information and said someone would call me back. A few mins later she calls me and says they do not service my area. I am in Baiting Hollow, this business is in Mattituck... 24 mins away (14mi). She said they only go as far as Riverhead which is 5 mins from me. It amazes me that businesses will turn down the opportunity to make money because they are not willing to drive 5 more mins. And this is a pool BUILD not just some pool vacuum service.UPDATE: They will do a pool in Orient though which is much further away. Seems to me that this is a nose up in the air “we only service the North Fork”.
