They seemed like a great company at first. Except after a few months all the doors on my shed started to delaminate. I reached out and they seemed helpful. I then realized they were just lying to me. This has been going on for almost 4 months. Now and cant even get them to answer the phone anymore. Their product is trash and their customer service is even worse. Mary from NY Shed Co. has been very helpful. I was able to customize the shed to my exact specification. This isn't the cheapest shed but if you compare apples to apples (service, customization and quality) it is the best value.

I ordered one of their beautiful Hampton sheds but wanted to customize certain construction aspects of the shed, such as add stainless steel hinges, upgrade to a 3/4" floor, ect. Mary at NY Shed was very accommodative and had the shed constructed exactly to my specifications and with good craftsmanship- all within about 3 weeks time. The delivery was also first rate as the shed had to be set in a tight spot. Gio, one of the owners, and his assistant took great care to set it perfectly without rushing. I highly recommend NY Shed- quality work at a fair price.
