My wife and i decided to purchase a home on the north fork. But after renovating several homes in the past we did not want to do it again. We looked at 40 or 50 homes over the next year before deciding in order to get what we wanted we had to do it again and ended purchasing a home that needed a gut renovation. We found our home and selected an architect. The architect recommended Seifert construction. After going through the bidding process we decided we were most comfortable with John and Fred Seifert. They understood the project and submitted a fair and comprehensive proposal. John and Fred included things we would have missed.The quality of the work was the best we have experienced and any extras were fair. They are good guys you can trust.
