R&R handles both our lawn mowing and snow removal for our home owners association.in Mayville. We have a total of 9 families and a mix of full time residence as well as part time residence. R&R has been our best provider of these services for the past 3 years. We have neighbors that may come up to their homes for a mid week ski trip on a late Tuesday evening and never had any issues with being able to get into their driveway or parking area no matter when mother nature decides to bless us with 2 feet of snow. Same great service in summer, they mow the lawns on Thursday in time for everyone to enjoy the weekend with a freshly manicured lawn. I wish more local businesses shared R&R's enthusiasm for customer service and attention to detail, it really makes a difference. R&R Landscaping cleared out my yard in early spring and did a prompt and meticulous job! I had emailed detailed instructions and we agreed on a price before they came out to do the work. All the work they did was excellent (and I am on the OC side). My only reservation was an attempt to add on a travel fee (for a 4-mile trip?) after we agreed on the price. But when I expressed resistance about the extra fee, the company was willing to void the charge. I will use them again.

It is often several months over the winter when we are unable to visit our little home in the Chautauqua Institution. It is a great comfort to know that each week members of the R&R team check in on the property and let us know if anything is amiss (a very rare event). They are thorough and professional. If, for example. the furnace needs work, they are in touch with the local company which handles such a problem. We can also give them a heads up if we are coming in winter and snow needs to be removed. All in all this is a company to be highly recommended!

We have been using and depending on R&R company for years at CHAUTAUQUA. They are very profession and dependable and always available when needed. They are our go to company at CHAUTAUQUA! They take care of taking the leaves out of our gutters. They take care of huge icicles not forming off the roof.They put in and take our window air conditioners before and after the season along other needed help we need each year. The staff is the BEST. Rick and his crew did a fantastic job on a recent project. It required removal of overgrown English ivy, fill, grading, and seeding. In addition they prepared a large planting bed and filled it with almost 100 perennials. They also repaired another bed that needed work. I tried 2 other landscapers before Rick came to our rescue. He will now be my first call as other needs arise.
