Me and my wife had windows from 1995 in our house that were cracking and had huge drafts coming through. We pushed company’s away for 4 years because who wants to deal with spending their life savings on having windows replaced and fixing siding from 1995. We had a guy come and knock on our door and we gave him a shot. He knew every answer to every question. Fast forward 3 weeks I have all my windows replaced, siding is still intact and not tampered with and I get to slowly pay it off at an affordable price. I highly recommend this company for a quick, smooth, pleasant transaction.

Meeting and working with Power’s representatives was a wonderful experience My wife and I initially spoke with Jordan who did a very professional job at introducing us to you company and your product line He was patient and answered our questions and concerns in a manner that we could understand We next spoke with Nick who came over to do the final measurements andalso answer additional questions we may had. Nick was just as professional and well prepared. Your installers did a wonderful job also at putting in the new windows and cleaning up any debris. Finally, we met Joe who did an inspection of the completed job. Joe again displayed a professionalism that cannot be overlooked. Overall, my wife are extremely pleased and impressed with your company, its products and representatives.

I had a bay window and a few other windows installed. My bay windows have been leaking when it rains. So, the wood is ruined. The bay windows are drafty and cold and water gets in between the glass. I have to put towels down every-time it rains. Was told I couldn't get someone out for about four months so I have to just deal with the leaking. (Also doesnt help that I was not informed that they bay windows would be smaller than my old ones so I have to sand and repaint and replace my trim.)The other windows have a hard time locking. It takes me upwards of 5 to 20 minutes fidgeting with the windows just to lock them.I would have rather picked a company that can better serve me in a timely manner with better install and windows that don’t leak or let water seep between the glass. I hate keeping towels and crossing my fingers whenever it rains.

The experience with Power Remodeling was great. Christine was exceptional—I had an outstanding experience with her. She measured everything perfectly and even double-checked the windows to make sure she was getting the correct measurements.On the day of the project, the crew was diligent, they were on time, they completed the project on the expected date, they cleaned up everything, and the windows look great. To say that I had an amazing experience would be an understatement. From beginning until end, everyone I worked with from Power, has been professional, courteous and accommodating!! The crew that did the work was absolutely amazing! They took the time to prep the areas, and did and amazing job. The service is AWESOME! The installation crew for my windows were on time, very courteous and professional. They covered up furniture and floors and were quite mindful of my home. Cleaned as they progressed and I was truly impressed with the service. As they were installing I was checking if draft was coming in, there was none. I am so glad I chose Power Home Remodeling. We heard of Power Home Remodeling from a friend and wanted to replace 3 windows. I set up an appointment and the salesman gave a detailed presentation about windows that was actually really interesting. He had me sold with the energy efficiency test, using a sample of the glass and a heat lamp to show how the glass stopped the heat from going through the glass. Which should help with both winter and summer. We decided to get 6 windows installed instead. The installer was friendly and did a thorough job. Dealing with Power was such a pleasant experience we decided to use them to replace our 20 plus year old roof. After dealing with bad contractors in the past my wife and I really value Power Home Remodeling for the great work they do. Within a month we got new windows and set up replacing our roof next month. Use Power you wont be disappointed.

This was a quick and efficient replacement of two double bay windows. Everything went as explained by the sales person. The installers were polite and thorough. This is my second project with Power, and needless to say I am very pleased! What caught my eye is their “lifetime warranty”. The ENTIRE team was professional, detailed, & extremely helpful. The man that actually installed our windows, Charlie was super awesome and thorough! He took all of the old windows & whatever else came off of it, and disposed of it. He was clean, friendly & fast (he worked alone). This five star review was well earned. Super thankful to have everyone who worked on this project. Never do business with this company! Had my siding and gutters done. When they did my siding, their cleanup crew was a joke! The crew rushed the job on a Friday and couldn't clean up until Monday (I agreed to them leaving trash for the weekend). When they returned on Monday, they never checked for nails and screws on the ground or on my deck. I wound up finding over 400 nails and screws that they left behind around my house!I had to have them come back a couple of weeks later to fix crooked siding in multiple places due to their rushed installation.In June of 2023, I contacted them about an issue with my siding after having a new deck installed. I also informed them that the gutters didn't drain evenly and that they needed to be corrected.In October of 2023, two gentlemen showed up not to fix anything, but just to look at the issue. They assured me that someone with the company would contact me within a couple of days to let me know when they could do the work. No one contacted me.Instead, I contacted them a week later. At that time, they told me the job was done even though nobody had ever come back here. Once I convinced them that it hadn't been done, they rescheduled me for the work in January of 2024. For this work, which was not covered by warranty, I paid them $800. Of course, they wanted payment in full before any work was done.It is now April 26, 2024. They couldn't make it here in January, so the work needed to be rescheduled. Unfortunately, I had a vacation planned on their original rescheduled date, so we agreed on getting the repair done tomorrow, April 27th.However, I just received a call to let me know that the workers that were supposed to be here tomorrow, will now be unable to come. I can't say I'm surprised. Now the work has been put off until May 18th. It will be over 11 months since my first call!I wonder what pathetic excuse they'll come up with then. I wouldn't use them again to build a dog house! If I could give them zero stars, I would

No.. the customer service and warranty service department,s are not geared to help. 1 week after a bay window was installed and after a rain found out it was leaking inside. Went through days of calling, only to get a schedule 2 weeks+ out before someone will inspect the window. Don't know what the outcome will be..

He had supporting evidence and he outlined the benefits of having the windows replaced by his company.the main selling point is the lifetime warranty.
