I want to thank Tanya and Patrick for letting me make their beautiful restaurant into a magical place to celebrate my husband's birthday. They let me set all the decoration that I had for the event, the tables, the singer, the cake, the gifts, the trail mix corner, the painting corner, the memory lane....I have not enough words to thank you both. The food was amazing, and the people bringing the food extremely helpful. It was definitely a magical place, with spectacular food and people. We will be definitely back to enjoy this place again. Thank you Tanya!!

The food was fantastic. Fresh and delicious. The the staff were incredibly nice. It didn't feel like it was running smooth, they seemed a bit confused (missing parts of our order, walking around with plates of food not knowing where it should go.. ) Not sure if it is because of covid issues and only having seating outside as we have not been there before. A little confusion won't stop us from coming back!! Be kind and patient.

SO glad I took a trip up to the Catskills to come here. The food was delicious- the mole was on point and so flavorful- and the staff was incredible, beyond nice and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Went with my GF and her family and we had a great time. Because of the pandemic and the size of the building they had to adapt and they have tables set up outside. We were served by Denison and his service was kind, fast and attentive. We had a good guac and chips and some superb empanadas that we really enjoyed. We had some chicken mole tacos, the beef volcán,the mixed enchiladas with Verde and some taco arracheros. Besides saying that the food was excellent, we can say that the beef was amazing, the salsa verde is authentic (my GF who has lived in Mexico was raving about how it was delicious and not bitter) and the mole was delicious, which is something that is not easy to accomplish. We finished it all with some churros and ice cream, which were warm, firm and crunchy and they should be. We met thanya, the owner, and she was not only friendly but also kind and welcoming. It is not only an authentic restaurant because of its flavors, but also because of the warmth and amor that is behind the dishes. We will be back!

This restaurant serves one of my top 5 meals to enjoy. I insist that you order the Volcan De Res. This dish is a mix of steak, sausage, rice, scallion, potato, cactus, and of course cheese. The spices and sauce in the dish is so flavorful and enjoyable. I must say this dish has gotten better over time. Chris and his staff are welcoming and friendly, adding to the family atmosphere. Alcoholic beverage options would make this the perfect meal.

Made a reservation and our table was ready when we arrived, even though the restaurant was very busy! No liquor license but BYO is allowed. Our meals were fresh and flavorful. The menu has an authenticity to it, with a few items you don’t see often at more casual Mexican restaurants. Indoor and outdoor seating was available.

We've been here twice and had a fabulous meal both times. As soon as you enter you get the most wonderful aromas. Every item that was served had taste that just jumped out at you. The service was leisurely probably because they are small with limited staff, but it really gave us time to relax and enjoy the whole meal. The menu includes some items cooked in volcanic rock vessels that are served sizzling at your table. They produce the meat on the farm , raise most of the veggies or buy them from local farms. You can tell by the tastes. The owner is a native of Mexico. Lovely people, great food, oh, and BYOB. We are going back again in a couple of weeks with friends from England..

I took my husband to dinner here and it was excellent. The food tasted very fresh and flavorful. I ordered the cornish hen dish and it was amazing. You can also buy produce and meats/poultry there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will certainly be back and will bring my family and friends too.

Authentic Mexican food, extremely friendly staff. Empanadas, tamales and soups were delicious! The steak comes straight from their pasture to your plate, and the "volcanoes" served in hot lava bowls are huge! Will definitely be back!

After reading great reviews of Greenane arms we decided to eat there on our recent trip to Cooperstown. It was a disappointment ... plastic utensils, paper plates to share the food, shabby outdoor seating, and mediocre (at best) food. It is under new owners, and either they don't know what they are doing, or are cutting costs, etc., or both

From the road this isn't much to look at. Inside, it is cozy, charming and welcoming. The staff are wonderful. Meat is homegrown and delicious. Most of us had the mole...some for the first time. It was delicious. The one steak eater shared and it was grilled perfectly.

amazing food. really surprising to find authentic Mexican cuisine like this, especially when it's farm-to-table. definitely suggest making a reservation if only to dine earlier. they can get busy. one of several gems in the area, and well worth any drive. hoping they try their hand at chiles relleños in the future.

Called for curbside pickup and was answered with we aren’t sure if we are offering that service tonight and then left the phone off the hook so that I could hear the entire conversation they were having for ten minutes. So drove over bc we were on our way home to Massachusetts which was a detour bc we heard it was very very unforgettable delicious food to only be told by a very rude young lady that couldn’t answer our question at first as to whether curbside was available. Was then told no even after we had said we couldn’t dine in due to an autoimmune disorder my husband has due to a disability. I proceeded to then let them know that their phone was off the hook and was just stared at as an answer. Will never come back to this place ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either despite the reviews we have read.

Awesome, home-style and delicious meal. The grilled cactus in the volcano and homemade chorizo are perfect. I think it's queso panela (like Halumi) grilled on the side of the mortar was also outstanding. And nothing better than homemade tortillas. Can't wait to go back!

Unique farm to table restaurant serving Mexican cuisine in a casual rustic setting. Prices are a little high, but not considering the meat is locally sourced. If you want to get away and try something a little different from run-of-the-mill fare then you'll enjoy this place.

Best and most authentic I've had in a long time. Wait was not bad and atmosphere is awesome. One critique about parking. Needs lights outside. Very dark and ground is far from level. But over all restaurant experience was a+

Amazing authentic Mexican restaurant in Meridale NY. The food is all farm to table. Raised on their own farm. Bring your own bottle of wine or whatever your beverage of choice is. If you're in the area a must.

Wow......always great! Authentic, quaint, and made with love. We love the owners and it truly is a family run establishment. Molcajete bowls, tamales, grilled Jalapeno's, mole....etc! Oh......if you want an alcoholic beverage.....bring your own!
