We have a similar problem to Meagan's This company installed our liner last year. After a series of issues with some small puff back coming from the boiler, and our oil company giving the boiler a clean bill of health, we have discovered via our oil company's chimney contractor that the job was done incorrectly and is missing vital components to prevent rain water from making it's way down and exhaust from making it's way out into the basement. Also, when doing the work a year ago this guy stole a new chimney cap I had installed and wouldn't return it.

We used this company last year for a large project for our chimney. We recently had to get it inspected and were told that Eagle Chimney did not do the appropriate work and we now have to hire a new company to fix their mistake. We tried reaching out multiple times to Eagle and there was no response. Do not use

Had a tune-up to do on my boiler, had 17 birds taken out coming in from the chimney. Called Frank advised him I need a trap so birds won't get in. He came within the hour, made sure it was clean and got the job done very quickly and efficiently. Appericate it Frank. Would recommend.

Extremely nice people and a job well done. I reached out to them and was responded to within minutes. They came over to inspect my chimney and gave us a very fair quote in addition to a quick turnaround time. It only took 3 days from the time I reached out to them to the time the job was done! I have been a customer since 2019. They have clean, sealed my chimney and installed a damper in 2019. Three years later no issues with my chimney, just needed a sweeping. Thank you for the great work.My friend has a Co2 issue that no one could figure out for months. They solved the problem in one day and corrected the issue.I highly recommend them and their work. :)

Frank and Elizabeth were fantastic to work with. My roof started leaking New Years Day. I researched companies on my local community page and they contacted me Monday morning. They came out for an estimate that afternoon and completed the job the next day before the rain that was expected Wednesday. The before and after pictures speak volumes. The price was reasonable and the work is guaranteed for 10 years. Best part is I don’t have to stress out about the rain tomorrow.

I highly recommend them! Frank and Liz are a wonderful husband/wife team that are great to work with. I had them clean and repair our front stoop which was falling apart from water damage. They came in a timely manner and gave us a fair estimate. They scheduled a time to do the work within a week. They came and did a great job and then came back the following week at no extra charge to clean any remaining efflo from the new cement. They do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it at a reasonable price. They're very easy to work with and respond to calls and texts rapidly. Couldn't be happier with them and their work!

Eagle Chimney & Home Improvement did a Chimney and roof repair on my home. The work was excellent, I have no complaints at all. They arrived in the morning on a very hot day, and went right to work. The repair was done well. They cleaned up. When they left you would never know the house was worked on during the day Everything was cleaned up, everything was put back in place. I will call them the next time I need work on the house, and recommend them to to friends , family , or anyone

Our chimney needed to be total rebuilt so we started looking to hire a company for the job. We decided on Eagle Chimney and Home Improvement and are so happy we went with them. The price was as reasonable as the work was professional. They communicated with us at every step of the way and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can’t wait for wintertime to light up the fireplace! I would DEFINITELY recommend them.

I was very happy with Frank and his wife Liz. I got 3 estimates and Frank explained everything and what I needed and didn't need. I like that they are the owners and also do the work. They came when they said did an excellent job and explained what they did also with pictures so I could see being it was chimney work I really appreciated that. Frank and his cousin really bailed me out. My chimney cap blew off and we could not find it. We could not get anyone to come out and install a new one and it was going to rain the next day. I told Frank over the phone that I really didn't want to go up there myself and he said " don't do it yourself, I will be over there within a few hours". They came as promised, installed a new chimney cap, and probably prevented me from hurting myself or worse. Thank you. You guys are the best. I will call you in the spring to do some more chimney work for me.
