Very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Scheduling was prompt and he arrived early even though there was heavy snowfall. He didn't rush through the job and was certain to explain when we didn't understand problem areas.For no additional charge he included a binder to keep home maintenance organized and the report was very detailed but easy to understand. Pricing was reasonable and absolutely worth the cost.I definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of an inspection.

Alfredo was an amazing inspector !! Being first time home buyers he was very thorough and patient with us. We asked a lot of questions and he answered them all for us. He gave us honest opinions and even gave us some tips on how to fix some things. We brought our young daughter with us and he was very nice and patient with her as well and answered all of her questions hahaha. Would definitely recommend booking him for an inspection. Very punctual, outgoing, and professional.

Al is AWESOME! He was terribly thorough, engaging, and super friendly. I think the inspection was probably an hour longer than the typical because we chatted so much! He explained things, showed us what he was seeing, and suggested fixes. Just amazing! HIGHLY recommend Al!
