Lakeside Pool Services are the best of the best!!!! I can say they are professional and provide outstanding service. I am so lucky to have them. I used them for the first time to open and close my pool and everything was done efficiently and fast. I have no worries now with opening or closing my pool. I recommend this pool service company.

I literally cannot say enough about Lakeside Pool Services. My family moved to our new home in October and the in ground pool was already closed for the season. I have never owned a home with a pool. So, I was understandably nervous at the prospect of opening the pool for the summer. Ken made me feel comfortable and confident from our first conversation. He spent a tremendous amount of time answering all of my questions and discussing options for the filter, salt vs chlorine and heating systems. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and responsive. I never once felt any sales pressure or felt like he was trying to upsell me on anything. We had a great conversation about the available options with no pressure to buy anything.The pool is open. The water is clear and I am confident that I have found a great "pool guy". Thank you so much Ken. If you are looking for someone to open or maintain your pool, do yourself a favor and call Lakeside. You will not regret it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst customer service possible. Weeks of waiting with my pool unable to be used. Every day was a different excuse as to why they didn’t show up the day before. Blamed his workers on losing a part, truck breaking down, family party that wife insisted on him going to and so on. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My pool never looked or functioned better thanks to Lakeside Pools Service in Monroe. Lakeside Pools repaired and tiled our pool and after 20 years it looks like new. Kenny, who is the owner, is the best and we highly recommend his pool service company.

Kenny called me while on vacation with his wife. He showed up on his way home to help fix a problem with my filter. I have contacted Lakeside Pools to close my pool this year. Next year open service and close my pool. The best.
