Greg and Chris were amazing Techs! My furnace was not working and I was able to get same day support with the help of the service desk person I spoke on the phone with. She was incredibly friendly and made sure they could support me, asking good questions. I received a window time period and received a text with a picture so that I could know who would come out to support. Greg and Chris arrived on time and were friendly throughout service. They answered questions with ease and explained it well enough for a first time homeowner. Greg provided information about my furnace and helpful tips to maintain it. Greg was fantastic! He showed up at the beginning of the timeframe that we were given. He was professional and helpful the whole time he was at our house. He thoroughly explained what was happening with our plumbing. He gave us the option of doing it ourselves rather than have him complete the work if we wanted to save some money on the issue at hand. He said that if we wanted to complete the job ourselves that he would gladly explain what we would need to do. When the job was complete, he spent time showing and explaining to us what was done.

Available by phone after hours, helpful, and prompt.I called after hours with an emergency furnace issue. Nebrasky is one of the only companies that does after hours service for *new* customers. Multiple other businesses took our info but then we learned they only do emergency service calls if you're an existing customer...not helpful when the house is 45 degrees! Before visiting and thereby triggering the fee for an emergency house call they walked through all of the possible issues that might explain our issue. After determining they'd need to visit they worked hard to fit us into their schedule. Much appreciated!

I called on a Friday for a clogged kitchen drain and the plumber, Greg, was able to get to my home within in few hours. That was great. He was very professional and cleared the kitchen drain within a half hour. He was very neat and took great care in making sure not to damage kitchen cabinets, floor etc. We have used Nebrasky for our HVAC and have always been satisfied with their work. This is the first time we need a plumber and I would definitely recommend Greg from Nebrasky.

Nebrasky is one of a kind in the area for service. Multiple people to answer calls and schedule appointments, knowledgeable technicians, and in our case miracle workers. They corrected a plumbing issue that has plagued our house for 70 years and multiple homeowner's. We contracted Nebrasky for a boiler replacement. We collected 4 estimates and each company came to our home to give us an estimate. Only Nebrasky sent a technician that was able to service our old boiler to get it to make hot water again while we were collecting and comparing the bids. Outrageous charge to replace a valve/cartridge in shower. Knowledgeable but small job took Hours. Just hold your wallet open & bow in gratitude. I was advised by friends to wait a long time before posting a review & that I should be safely out of the area. Friends told me that charges are high since that's how they afford a fleet of vehicles Check out the cost of a shower valve in 2014. When you call for heating problems you usually have anxiety that this could be the dreaded repair visit that breaks the bank . Not with Nebrasky ! They provide great work at a fair price . Dominick was the service technician and he came at the exact time he said; he detected the problem immediately and solved it quickly . Nebrasky employees are straight up folks from the person who answers the phone call to the person who restores your heat . This time I needed them at the startIf heating season ; another time they rescued me in the depths of February. Good honest work at a fair price !
