Randy has gone above and beyond, coming out on a Saturday morning to assess a new minor problem, realizing it was a quick fix, and taking care of it immediately, efficiently, and without concern. If you're looking for a reliable company that takes pride in its work, look no further.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Nobody ever wants to have to deal with a roof leak, but if you find yourself in the same position I was, do yourself a favor and call Randy with Hudson Valley Roofers. He was quick and responsive, answered all our questions and came back on more than one occasion when storms knocked our tarping off the roof and threatened to increase our water damage. Once we scheduled, the work was done in less than a day and done well - we've had no problems since. We were so pleased with this company. Not only did we get a same-day return call, which is so rare, but we were able to get an estimate within a week. We had wind damage to an area of siding. Randy grabbed his ladder and fixed the siding, even getting onto the roof to ensure it was fixed. He offered to help secure our lighting fixture which had been out of the reach of our own ladder. He left an hour later and didn't charge us for his visit! He thanked my husband for his (military) service and went on his way. There are still good people in this world! We will call Randy back for any roof/siding work we may need in the future.

I highly recommend Hudson Valley Roofers.I contacted them recently and requested a quote on a small vinyl siding repair job. Randy responded to my request almost immediately and gave me a very reasonable rate. The job was completed very quickly, I did not have to wait weeks for someone to show up. I can’t say enough good things about Hudson Valley Roofers. We had a leak and I reached out to them and within an hour Randy returned my call and set up an inspection (it was a holiday weekend which was impressive). He came out and had an estimate drawn up on the spot. It was thorough and reasonable. He said it would be a few weeks before they could come, but he called me later that day to tell me that he could come that Week!! Randy and his team did an amazing job, they were neat, clean and extremely efficient. They completed the job in 2 days and assured us we would not have any more leaks. From the estimate to the start of the job and when it was completed Randy was making sure that everything was going as planned. Randy had the crew hear at 730 and were finished and cleaned up by 330. We tried to find a reliable roofing company in Sullivan County which was close to impossible. So many con men or they wouldn’t even show up for an estimate. Thankfully we stumbled upon Hudson Valley Roofers. Randy and his professional team replaced our entire roof in one day. If you are reading my review of Hudson Valley Roofers Inc, look no more you have found the right one! My neighbor down the street recommended Hudson Valley Roofers (Randy) and I know how particular my neighbor is, (as am I) so I felt comfortable getting an estimate. I called Randy the beginning of August 2021 and he was here the very next day! After he looked everything over, he gave me a fair and detailed estimate. My roof was a complete tear off because it was in such bad shape. I should also mention I know I got ripped off on my last roof and I didn’t think it could hold on one more season. Randy showed me the options of tiles that were available and because of COVID and the limited amount of supplies the tiles I wanted were not available. I regrettably had to go with my second choice. The next day Randy called and said, “I found the tiles you wanted!” We scheduled the work mid-August. As the time came closer Randy called to let me know he had been checking the weather and it wasn’t looking good. He had a cancelation and he and his crew were here the next day. They laid out tarps to catch the debris and all the time being very mindful of my plants and shrubs. Once the roof was completely off - they found quite a bit of rot around the edges. That was not a problem for Randy and his team – they cut everything out and replaced it with precision. Randy’s team finished my roof on one day! After that, the clean-up began and clean up they did! Not one shred of tile or a nail could be found! You would never know they were there other than my new beautiful new roof! I highly recommend Hudson Valley Roofers Inc!!! You might could find someone cheaper, but you get what you pay for – especially up here! Thank you Randy and team for your excellent work!Service: Roof installation

So randy came out ,very professional . Did the measurements, gave us a quote that was very inflated in comparison to others . His square footage was 600 sqft more than 3 other est . Price was too . Chose a different company. So do your homework,get estimates and compare .

Randy gave me a very good price. And was able to do the work when I was at work. He took lots of pictures both before during and after the job and sent them to me throughout the day to show progress and which boards needed to be replaced, and then the final completion. My roof was damaged by a storm and my insurance had me get three estimates. Well out of the three company's I called Randy from Hudson Valley Roofers called right back showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. Made me an estimate that I forwarded it to the insurance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called to schedule an appointment to get a roof repair estimate; Randy called back quickly and after I described the problem, we arranged for him to come to my home on Wednesday January 9, 2019 at 9am. As you all know, most of us veterans are very punctual with time. I waited and when he didn't show up at 9:30am, I called the office to check on his new arrival time. The secretary said she would get back to me. It is now 5:30pm and I still have not received a call back nor has Randy shown up. I've wasted a day waiting and lost a days pay. Based on your reviews, it appears they do good work, which is why I contacted them in the first place. Based on this experience and them not having the decency to show up nor call back to reschedule the appointment, I highly recommend that you find another company.

Hudson Valley Roofers Inc. sent a crew of outstanding consummate professionals. They did an outstanding job on the roof. Before they left, they walked me through their work. The crew foreman noticed a minor blemish and took the ladder off the truck and fixed it. The crew did no damage to the shrubbery or flower beds and cleaned up after themselves. They were recommended to me by Andersen Window, who do windows but not roofs. That is certainly an endorsement of Hudson Valley Roofers' Inc. professionalism and quality of their work by a peer. My 4-seasons room is now complete with windows by Andersen and roof by Hudson Valley Roofers Inc. I strongly and without equivocation recommend Hudson Valley Roofers Inc. I called for an estimate on our roof repair and I was shocked on how fast they came to look at the damage. He came in the rain to see the damage while it was leaking. The damage is right under our solar panels. He told me how it happened and why it happened. Very polite man. He took the time to explain everything. And after a long battle with the solar company (will not give company name). They decided to cover all cost. Thank you for a great customer to company experience.!
