Where dreams become reality. Everyone who owns a home always wants to be able to elevate their space. We connected with Level up Construction and they were able to provide that service for my home. Our bathroom has been completely changed. Brandon, Eric, and their team have displayed pleasant and detailed customer service. The craftsmanship shows for itself, and the experience was beyond easy. They were transparent with the process and were available to answer any of my questions during. Overall, from the cost to the finished product, I am overall grateful and overjoyed to have this experience with renovating. These guys are great! They did a fantastic job of completely gutting, repairing, and remodeling our bathroom. Of the 4 other contractors we were talking with, they were by far the best communicators and had the best price. Not only that, but they were extremely accommodating, personable, and had us involved in the process the whole way through. They will be our first pick for anything else we may need done. A team from Level Up Construction replaced our roof about 4 years ago. We were so pleased with that work that we also had them come in and replace our deck in the fall/winter of 2023. Roof and Deck Replacement:I needed to find a reputable contractor to work with to replace a roof and a deck. I shopped around, met with some vendors, it was important to me to have the same vendor perform both tasks. I met with John and Eric in the early Fall, explained what was needed and what was not needed along with some would like to haves.The Roof on the house was pretty beat up, original to the home, well passed its life span and beginning to fail . I put down the deposit (50%), and was put on the schedule. The scheduled the roof, and on the day the team came early, draped the house, scraped the roof, installed the roof, cleaned the yard of nails and debris. Truth be told they spent more time cleaning up than on the roof. There was one team member dedicated to cleaning up the entire day. No need to worry about nails in the driveway, is priceless. New shingles, replaced a few boards, new exhaust pipes, new solar exhaust fan was installed, the foreman for the job answered every single one of my questions patiently and completely. The added plus was the demolition for the roof and the deck was completed on the same day. Allowing for some much needed Patio area cleaning.The deck was decaying, unsafe and the support beams were rotting away, it was completely unusable and an eye sore. It was scheduled to be installed later in the season, due to demand and supply issues, Covid-19 etc. everyone is facing these days. However, regular updates via calls text and voice mail and we were good. The materials (Trex system) came in and the work began, there were a few issues along the way but all were quickly rectified and the deck is installed. There were a few key points that needed to be hit for the deck installation. 1. smaller than the original footprint. 2. create space to easily access the propane tanks. 3. center the steps and make them wider. 4. create safe usable outdoor space. Check. Check. Check and Check!As a woman contracting work for my home, I am very satisfied working the team at Level Up Construction. They were all respectful gentlemen, answered my questions, are very responsive and most of all very good at what they do. They are "men of their word", went above and beyond to finish the work, and as such definitely a company that I will work with again in the future.Services: Attic venting, Roof installation

Level Up did an amazing job on my roof. They were recommended by my neighbor across the street (their roof looks great, so I asked them who did it). The job was finished in a day, as promised. Dumpster was gone the next day. They also repaired the fascia and soffit. Their price was lower than all the other companies that gave me estimates. Job was done with the 50 year warranty GAF roofing system. They're coming back tomorrow to do my gutters. I hope to be using them for other upcoming projects.

Did siding and roof with windows. Roof in late 2020 and siding early spring 2021. Employees were great and very friendly, but owner John came back from out of state in a bad mood, confrontational. More worried about when he got his money than the people he was working with. He did apologize for how he was speaking to us afterwards. But he made it seem like he was doing us favor by fixing the homes. We had issues with the siding on our house not being secured as it blew off during windy weather and the same issues with the house they did next door. Had been contacting them but after siding came off a few times, they came two or three times to fix it, but after a couple of times of calling them with siding issues they became unresponsive. They would not come to advise us, fix or secure our siding. PLEASE find a contractor who stands behind their work and follows up. From a couple months after it was installed and up until now we have had to deal with it ourselves.Picture is the most recent siding issue. The roof was replaced 4 years ago. I bought the house 3 years ago. It had been leaking and I tried fixing it. When I went up I noticed it was not properly installed and my ridge cap was flat. I lifted some shingles and realized there was no ridge cap or felt lining and I could see the beams in my ceiling. Took me a while to figure out who did it and so forth. Once they were contacted, he made it seem like he was doing me a favor. The roof was only a year old when I bought the house it should not have needed to be repaired at all. Continuously making me feel like it was a favor to me. He did repair the roof. I don’t know if it was done properly or not. I would never deal with that company ever again. He then tried to schmooze me and offer me dinner on the business for what happened to me. All the while still telling me it was a courtesy to me that he’s fixing it.Service: Roof installation

Overall, a great job and experience with Brenden (Job Site Supervisor) and John (Owner). Brenden was super attentive both in person and on the phone if he couldn't be physically present. The workers did superb work on the roof, siding, and stone work. When anything was accidentally damaged by John's workers, Brenden would be right there to make sure the surrounding damage was fixed properly or replaced. John always absorbed the collateral damage costs from his company's budget. Brenden was very personable and knowledgeable of all stages of the construction project and was a great liason with all the workers on the job site. John is very fortunate to have someone like Brenden working for him. Great job!
