Being a first time homeowner is stressful enough and when my wife and I discovered small jobs that needed fixing in our new home, I called Mr. Handyman. First off, Arzu the coordinator was very courteous and gave me an estimate over the phone, which was reasonable, and scheduling was flexible. Second, our handyman Rick that came was great. He came on time, was pleasant, and finished the work quickly and neatly. We had a bathtub resealed and a gazebo screen fixed and some cracks caulked up. We were very happy and would definitely use Mr handyman for other small jobs we need as time goes on. Thank you!

Very pleased with our mailbox post removal and installation. Mr Handyman service kept in touch through texts to inform us of when our serviceman, Jose, would be arriving. Jose was extremely polite and professional. He spent over two hours working on the project and stayed longer to discuss some future decking work we need done. Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to using Mr. Handyman again…hopefully with Jose!

These guys are the best. I had a simple but daunting task of mounting a new Frame TV in my living room. I knew that the TV would stay in the box for a solid 6 months if I had to do it myself, so I called Mr Handyman. I Needed it done before Christmas and these guys were responsive and extremely professional and communicative from the first call until they were done. They got it done neatly and quickly, before Christmas!! Super painless process and worth every penny.

I definitely recommend using Mr. Handyman. We needed deck steps replaced and Rick did a great job…showed up on time, cleaned everything up and was very personable. The woman who scheduled our appointment couldn’t have been nicer and the job was done a few days after I called. The whole process was a pleasure!

Our technician Rick was very knowledgeable and personable. The appointment was for 8:00 - 10:00 and Rick was at the house at 8:00 as promised. Only 2 stars, however, because the cost estimate, particularly for labor, was way too high and the company charges $200 for the initial appointment to obtain measurements for the quote, which no other contractor I have used has ever done. Almost all contractors provide FREE estimates; I should be charging them for wasting my time. Not a fan of this business model or their prices. I would not use this company.

Great service , I jad my basement stairs rebuilt and Mike the carpenter that did the job exceeded my expectations! He offered me options and executed the job exactly as I wanted it . He was professional , on time , knowledgeable, personable and excellent at his craft . He not only did a terrific job he cleaned up beautifully when he was done , I literally had to do nothing after he left . I've had contractors work at my home in the past and they left their mess for me to deal with. What a pleasure to do business with. I will absolutely be using Mr handyman for all my future projects ! If I could give Mike 10 stars I would !! Mr handyman is very lucky to jave him as an employee!

I did not meet Mr handyman but my wife said he was nice.. But I question his buisness ethics and his professionalism.. My wife hired him to hang a regular interior door and was quoted 400. I think that is a bit much to begin with but he had a few problems and they job took a bit longer and when I just went to pay my credit card it was 930 dollars!!!!!! This is absolutely absurd and when my wife questioned the answer was he had trouble with the door jam so it was extra labor. My advice find a more professional and honest handyman!!!!Unsatisfied and much poorer customer....Service: General construction

I gave the owner several opportunities to make things right before posting this review. Be aware of what you are getting with this Mr. handyman franchise location. It is a small shop that is way over-priced for the (lack of) service it provides. The simple job I had of replacing some door knobs and adjusting a couple of doors was a disaster - and cost over $660. Guess I should have known better but I really needed someone quick. The brand claims to stand behind its work and make right what they did wrong but the owner of this shop couldn’t be bothered.
