We called Bob and he came over immediately, assessed the damages and got to work. They gutted our basement, sheet rocked the walls, painted and installed new flooring. Robert Nock and his crew are the best contractors I have ever used: the workmanship is unparalleled, and they are professional yet relaxed. It is always hard having someone work in your house (they completely reconverted my 1916 Sears Roebuck kit house into a forever home for me), but Robert and his men are very respectful. Silver Fox construction just completed a total remodel of our small 45-year-old master bathroom. Bob Nock and his crew of Doug and Jesse did outstanding, QUALITY work, as did the electrical and plumbing subcontractors. Meticulous attention to detail, punctuality, communication, cleaning up each day, courteousness, honesty, etc. - from start to finish, there wasn't one aspect of the entire process that was not handled with the utmost professionalism. If an issue arose (and issues always do), it was taken care of immediately. Our new bathroom is gorgeous, and worth every penny we spent on it. We are so happy with how it turned out. We highly recommend Bob for any type of housing project. We have continued to utilize Bob over the last 5 years whether its for big projects like completely remodeling our basement and most recently our main bathroom. Bob also has installed a skylight, redid our basement steps, installed a door, structure work, custom made a stair railing, and most recently our outside siding from taking out wall air conditioner units. Bob has always been professional, courteous as well as his employees. We have never had any issues with any of his employees and/or subcontractors while they were working whether we were home or not. Replacement of Entry Door and Exterior Storm Door:Excellent and the highest compliments and gratitude to Bob and his work team. Our home is somewhat old, being built in 1894. Everything seems off level with hidden issues that are uncovered once work begins. A replacement entry door and storm door may seem benign, but given the characteristics of our home, the project took one full work day. Bob's attention to detail and aim for perfection, as if our home was his own, resulted in a top-quality outcome. We did look at Lowe's for a turnkey solution for this project, but had some concerns given the unique structure of our home and a past, extremely negative experience with Lowes.Bob is a true artisan, and his craft and skills are absolutely versatile. We have future projects planned for our home, and Silver Fox can do them all.Bob is trustworthy and honest. He kept us informed of the scheduling and the project requirements and outcome.
