Our experience with Solar Pro Roofing has been exceptional. Jarret is very knowledgeable and explains everything so the average person can understand. They use several companies to get you the best deal possible. We were actually set with one company and it turned out before we finalized that another was offering a better warranty at a cheaper price. Jarret saved us some money before we even started. He also was able to take care of some other things that needed to be done like trees and some Roofing repairs. He's on top of everything and if we had any questions or issues he was quick to answer or rectify anything. Every thing with my install was seamless. Jarrett originally came by explained all of our options and the best way to go about getting solar installed. We needed a roof and an electrical service upgrade. As soon as the financing and permits were taken care of it went fairly quickly. Roof was done a few weeks later the electrical and solar was installed with no issues at all.

If I could get 10 out of 5 stars I would. Jarret Sherrard is what every salesperson should be. KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST, RELIABLE, COMMUNICATIVE - I could go on and on. Jarret first did solar for me in 2021 in East Meadow. I had met with two other solar people, and Jarret was by far the best at answering ALL of my questions, explaining everything so that I could understand it and then he basically took over and before I knew it I had solar panels. Fast forward to November 2023 and we are in a different house which also needed a roof. There was absolutely no doubt in my mind who would be doing the roof and the solar. Save yourself time and energy and just go directly to Jarret - you will NOT be disappointed. Oh, and he found about $4k in incentives for me to use towards my project ;-)

I just had my Solar Panels installed today and the process was amazing. Initially, I was skeptical about the idea, but Jarret and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process.There was never a time where I reached out to Jarret or his team and they did not get back to me ASAP. I could call or send a text and receive a reply within minutes. It's hard to find quality customer care like that today.Solar Pro Roofing even did my roof and gutters, which helped me knockout three things all in one process. I would highly recommend calling them if you are considering going Solar or need a Roof and Gutters.My suggestions is if you need a Roof, then go with the whole package. I'll be adding phots soon.

There is nothing short of saying what a pleasure and a breeze it was to work with both Jarret, Luigi, the members of Solar pro roofing along with Sun nation to get my solar system properly and fully installed here in Howard Beach! For someone like me, with a direct background in risk management, I don’t know how to not ask questions and ensure I have a full understanding of the process, what to be performed by me as a homeowner and them as a business/service provider. Like the other 5-star reviews for Solar Pro Roofing, my experience with Jarret and Melissa has been amazing from start to finish of my solar project. I knew I wanted to get solar panels for my home and searched and received numerous quotes from solar companies. I did not feel comfortable with any of these companies until I was referred to Jarret and Melissa.From the first in-person consultation, I knew Jarret and Melissa were the right people to help with my solar project. They were patient, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and most importantly, they listened to what my goals were for my home and for my family. I cannot thank them enough for that.Jarret and Melissa worked with a number of other solar companies and were able to find us the best and most efficient system within our budget. They provided in-depth analysis of what the pros and cons of each system were, they provided a breakdown of tax incentives and how to get a maximum return and gave an honest opinion on what would be the most suitable option for us.Once we signed the contract, Jarret and Melissa guided us through every step of the process. They handled all of the heavy lifting. Their resources became our resources. They set up and joined calls on financing the project with banks, they secured and followed up permits with the town/county, and they were transparent with the timing and how long each step would take.After the installation was completed, Jarret came in person to inspect everything to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our solar panels. He explained, thoroughly, the close-out process and how he would also be involved in making things go smoothly and that we will receive our Permit to operate (PTO) as quickly as possible. Melissa also provided us with the appropriate tax forms to claim federal and state tax credits. Everything they do is with purpose and intent. That purpose is to simplify and streamline the process for their clients.As others have mentioned, Jarret and Melissa have a plethora of contacts. In addition to the solar panels, he found an arborist for us to remove some trees to maximize our solar production.Overall, I am extremely pleased with Jarret and Melissa at Solar Pro Roofing. They are the gold standard of client service. I would not recommend anyone else for solar or roofing! Jarret was so great to work with! My job had some hiccups along the way (through no fault of his) but Jarret stayed on top of everything, was very responsive to texts, and resolved every issue. Ordering solar is a complicated process, and Jarret and really made it an educational process, making us comfortable with things at every step. From design to permitting to installation, every concern we had was addressed, and things couldn't have gone more smoothly.It's kind of a breath of fresh air when a salesperson really puts in the effort, while offering the lowest price we could find. We're never crazy about selecting the lowest price, at least not on price alone -- but this choice was more about the product and process, and our comfort level in the sales team being able to deliver based on their experience and reputation. It's a nice bonus when the perferred vendor has the best price and quality. That's what Solar Pro Nation is offering - truly top notch.Our install day was also a breeze. One day - barely an interruption to my day. Clean work and zero issues. I needed a new roof and saw a few people on Facebook recommend Jarret from Solar Pro Roofing mentioning they didn’t have to pay out of pocket for a roof and solar so I gave him a call. We ended up mapping out a system that was well over 100%, a new roof, a Tesla Powerwall and an EV charging station. Although he couldn’t finance every penny compared to others with such a huge project we had a very tiny out of pocket, he got us state financing that was amazing and even helped us get almost $11,000 in EXTRA incentives on top of all the rebates and tax credits that we probably couldn’t have gotten with another company. They even did our roof before applying for solar at all due to the urgency of fixing our leak. The process for solar can definitely be a bit slow, but Jarret and his company were responsive, their expertise was amazing and helped us tremendously, they were a delight to deal with, and all the construction elements came out beautiful. We even have a concrete Ballard in front of our battery, so no car can collide with it. I would highly recommend them any day of the week and give them five stars all around! I’ve already started referring my friends!!

Solar pro roofing is very easy to work with and they did an amazing job on my roof. But I think most people don’t realize that you dont need to get Solar to get a great price on a roof from Solar pro. After looking into putting Solar in my house which just didn’t work for me at this time they still did my roof at a GREAT price and the workmanship was phenomenal! I would and have recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for a roof or solar take a couple minutes and call Jared at Solar pro.
