Valerio Contracting is the most AMAZING local company I've dealt with!My husband and I bought a new home that was a major fixer upper. The roof was old, layers and in disarray. The siding was cracked and leaking into our new home.Rick came promptly to assess the damage. He went into great detail about what needed repairs and what did not. His service was honest and direct.We contracted his company to do our roof on spots that had to be repaired after removing an old chimney and ended up doing the entire house. His fixed the leaking siding and gave us opinions on additional siding on the home that we agreed with and had repaired.We also had him add venting to our under roof soffits around the home. They sparkled up the gutters and added gutter guards. The house looks like it got a total face lift...AMAZING!From day one, Rick was on the job throughout the week. He was checking the quality and managing the project. His workers were top class and definitely knew what they where doing. The entire team was kind and trustworthy.The pricing of the job was very fair for the amount of work they completed.I don't recommend anyone else!Yahira :)

Horrible and unprofessional company and workers who block access to driveways and mailboxes, when confronted about these issues they resort to threats that only a person with no backbone would make. I can only imagine how their shoddy workmanship is.

I called every roofer in Rockland to come give me an estimate on my roof which had a host of issues I wasn't aware of until it started to decay. Rick and his team thoroughly inspected the issues and provided the best write-up at the fairest price. They didn't just make up a large project for themselves for the sake of making more money unlike what some other companies were clearly trying to do. It took them 2 days for the entire roof and they did an incredible job extending it and making it stronger than the previous. Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with and his team did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone in Rockland who is in need of a new roof and repairs.
