Stay away with larger purchases. We should have known better, I have a co-worker who ordered a brand new lawn mower from this same location and it arrived scratched up and dinged beyond belief. He returned his for a refund and bought elsewhere. On to our experience. On 9/23/2022 my wife purchased a zero turn (pictured) for $2,799 + tax. She made the arrangements with Brandon at the front desk and confirmed that we would be back to pick it up with a trailer by 10/1/2022. On 9/29/2022 I arrived with a truck & trailer to pick up the unit. I checked in at the front desk and was told that someone would have it out momentarily. Meanwhile, I went to prep the trailer with tie-downs to load the unit and be on my way. A few minutes went past and nobody came to the loading zone and there was no mower in sight. I went back in to the store and was told that they could not find the mower on premise. More time went by and there was a small clan starring at the front desk computer screen trying to figure out where this mower is. Turns out that the unit was sold after we bought it, this was the last unit they had in stock. Sue, the front desk manager made no attempt at locating another one at the same model and price. Turns out that this was a reconditioned mower and that was never disclosed to my wife at time of purchase. Sue did offer us a smaller unit at a higher cost, which we were not interested in. We asked for a full refund and left frustrated as our grass was in need of mowing as our previous unit had died. That same evening we contacted our local Cub Cadet dealer (Nel's Tractor) and asked if they had the same model in stock. The owner Debbie confirmed that they had one but needed to confirm with the sales reps that it was not already committed to (imagine that). The next day we completed the deal with Nel's and couldn't have been happier with the sales team's attention to detail and commitment to us as buyers. Unfortunately they could not sell it at the price Home Depot had theirs listed at. In the end Home Depot's mistake cost us $1,000. If you want some nails or screws, this may be the place to go, but for larger appliances, stay away.

Lacks basic service integrity. They gave me a malfunctioned Doctor rug KNOWINGLY and wasted my 4-hours and energy. Scum. They added extra protection/insuring fees without asking me for a broken rug cleaner . Imagine spending 3+ hours dragging the doctor rug cleaner the whole house hoping the cleaner would work at any moment. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend their rental services. When complained upon return, they returned $5 but it is not about the money but it is about my time and the fact that i couldnt be able to really clean my house.

Waited for half an hour for an employee to get a cabinet down finally figured they didn't need my business went elsewhere so definitely don't recommend them to anyone

I wanted a small chest freezer and had considered ordering on line for delivery but read so many complaints about freight damage. I also wanted an idea of the physical size as I have a limited space. I googled what I was looking for and discovered that the Home Depot in a nearby town had one in stock and it was on sale. I drove over, luked what I saw and purchased it.

I had a really positive experience at this location. I recently bought a new home with my significant other and we need all new appliances. We weren't even sure where to start. I would like to take a moment to appreciate Pat and Holly. Pat approached us first and asked if we had any questions. Of course I had many, but I was also feeling a little overwhelmed. He was very patient and took his time to help us. If he wasn't sure of something, he was willing to ask a colleague which I really appreciated. In addition, as a new home-owner, I had also planned to sign up for a credit card with home depot but I was a little wary of that as well. Holly assisted me through that process. She was wonderful and kind. She answered all of my questions without pressuring me or making me feel like I was wasting her time. In the end, everything worked out for us and I am very grateful for the staff who assisted me. Great service, thank you!!!

I needed to replace pipes in my basement, and I asked for help. I was met by an experienced, knowledgeable man who used to do it as one of his trades for a living. He picked out exactly everything I would need and gave me very detailed instructions. I left feeling confident and satisfied!

Love this place, they have a great selection of home improvement items. The paint department is always helpful. If you have a large spend they will give you bulk pricing. Also their return policy is great and easy to use.

Employees here are always kind and helpful. I believe almost every time I go in there, while browsing the isles, an employee asks me if I need help finding anything. Something the crew at Lowe's should take a lesson from. It's hard to find an employee in there and there's always only 1 register open when there's a rush. And God forbid if you even try self checkout at Lowe's and make the wrong move you'll be waiting on one of the employees that stand around the door protecting the goods. I've never had a problem at Home Depot. I recommend 7 days of the week.

LOVE all Home Depot stores. I like that they are all the same so no matter what location I know where things are. It is usually difficult to find a salesperson for assistance, but they do have everything you may need. Stores are usually well lit, well stocked and plenty of parking.

I ordered a tub shower combo online along with dreamline sapphire door kit to go along with the tub shower combo. Well thanks to NSD (Non stop delivery) the only thing I received is the Tub itself that is damaged..No shower walls or glass doors. They combined everything into one tracking # and coincidentally 3/4 of my stuff is missing.Called and called and tried explain to the people in customer service..funny they can’t issue me a refund until NSD picks up the tub THAT THEY DAMAGED!! Funny Home Depot will take your $$ instantly but when it comes to giving it back you have to fight and wait !!! And because the glass shower door kit that’s MIA isn’t able to be located I’m waiting on my $ for that too..ITS NOT MY FAULT YOUR COMPANY is run by Idiots and you hire a worthless shipping company that I need to wait for my $ back.HD has terrible customer service online and over the phone. Save your money and frustration and shopSomewhere else

Employees are lazy and liars. After taking 20-30 minutes to acknowledge me, dragging their feet like they have leaded shoes, they flat out lied to my employer about a delivery (so as to not get in trouble themselves) getting me in trouble. Jokes on them, I have receipts. What petty behavior. Own up to your mistakes. Don’t make me waste my time proving my innocence. That’s incredibly unprofessional.

Order range had to wait two weeks for it and they had to deliver it .didn't have any in store to buy. So had to wait that long with put stove and when they deliver it they done put it together. It propane so I know we had to hook up but for 1000 dollar and wait for 2 week it should put together. All they do is put in middle of kitchen floor.

Some items fit into a huge store line that, some don't. For hardware, best bet to shop at a local hardware store as it's less convoluted. Took me 15-20 minutes to find the hardware as assistance was very sparse. Large stuff yes,small stuff no.

Placed order for delivery. Online stock said plenty in stock. Order delivery scheduled for next day. I get an email hours later than my delivery will be 13 days out. Contacted Corning location manager, he said well, maybe items are not stock. I said check, please. He checks, all items in stock. But unable to deliver when promised. 48h later, placed a smaller order for items you can throw in the back of your car. Delivery for next day. 4pm comes, I call - this order will still be delivered, yes ? Yes! The Customer Service person says. 6:30pm - call again. This order will still be delivered, yes ? Well, as of now, no one showed up to pick it up, so probably not. Mind you, I paid a delivery fee for the first order, and a delivery fee for the second order to be delivered when promised. Get with the program, Home Depot. The Covid excuse for piss poor customer service has ran out. Deliver when promised or close your doors.

We had a wonderful experience at this Home Depot in Painted Post, New York. 8-21-2022. From the moment we stepped in the door everyone was very helpful to us in obtaining our shower base floor. The guy who works in plumbing let us open and inspect the floor and even carried it to the front of the store for us.Would recommend this store location to everyone!

Drove the almost hour and a half for nothing yesterday. Was unable to get to the pressure treated lumber isle; due to it being completely full of inventory or something not really sure. Apparently Home Depot only hires employees for social club now. Their was 3 employees back there and all they were interested in doing is having a social intervention with each other, instead of helping a customer.

This home depot is pretty niceThey have a good variety of tools and furnishings that you might need. It's conveniently located which is great for when you're doing a weekend project and need to pick something up.Their customer service folks are also very friendly. I haven't had any issues with returns or anything which is also a plus.

It's a Home Depot... what is there really to say? You're probably going to shop here or the blue store. Here are a few bits though:GoodStore pickup: the lockers outside work well if you order online for pickup. Just a few seconds to figure it out and grab my order.Battery Recycling: you can recycle old lithium ion and other rechargeable batteries here. They just need to be in individual plastic baggies and can be dropped off inside the main entrance to the left.Self Checkout: fast and easy. Could be better if they disinfected them more often since you need to use the handheld scanner to do it but it works well.Not GreatOnline Inventory: Good luck trying to find something inside the store even if the website says they have many in stock. Multiple times I've scoured the aisles for something that was "in stock" locally according to the website and couldn't find it, even with associate help.BadTap & Pay: they've got all new payment terminals but STILL don't accept Apple Pay or Google Pay. What are they waiting for? HD Pay? This is the most ridiculous. The blue store isn't any better here.
