Despite some unexpected "surprises" along the way (floor needed more reinforcement, shower base needed extra pitch support), they handled it in stride. Unlike many other small GC businesses, Guillermo always gave a detailed and clear estimate of work required, and followed this up with really high quality work done in a timely and professional way. He worked on multiple areas of our 270 year old house (1750's homestead) and I trust him to complete difficult and technical work. You can rely on him for a honest and pragmatic approach to repairs and improvements, and he'll work within your budget if it's realistic. We've since moved to the West Coast, but if we were still local, I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

GZ Construction replaced an old screen porch facing our deck with a space enclosed by double-hung windows and a storm door with a roll-down screen. They were able to completely remove the old porch screening and walls with minimal disruption and build the replacement using Azek materials. Their attention to detail was amazing and the space they built for us far exceeds our expectations. They also replaced some rotting wood facia boards on the roof near the chimney with Azek. As a bonus, GZ quickly fixed a leak that had been dripping rain water into the old porch for years. We will certainly be using GZ Construction again for future projects.Services: Demolition, Remodeling, Gutter cleaning
