We called Lippolis when one of our dimmers was sparking. When we booked the appointment, we explained that we had two little ones and this was happening in our playroom. Lippolis was quick to come to our house and worked fast and efficiently. He quickly acknowledged the issue and updated our dimmers. The service man was very polite and knowledgeable. We haven't let many people into our home during Covid and we appreciated how safe he made us feel - with a secure mask, keeping distances and being overall considerate. When I needed an upgrade to a new electrical service and other work done a friend recommended Lippolis Electric. From the estimate to completion, the work was thoroughly professional, courteous and clean. You would never know they had worked in the house that day.So when I needed some light fixtures installed, it was with no hesitation that I called Lippolis electric back to do the work. Once again, they did not disappoint and the work was done on time at the agreed price. Highly recommended.

It's probably the most expensive electrical company in NY. When you hire professionals, you should not get the 3 stooges to show up to do your work.Champagne prices and beer service. I would get other estimates. 2 stars cuz they showed up quickly when called.

Lippolis did the rewire for the relocation of pool equipment at my home. They were well versed in this work and with the relocation they brought the install up to the current code. Their work was reasonably priced and the manpower that was sent to my job were very professional, neat and courteous. This was a good experience and I would highly recommend their services.

I have used these guys a couple of times now and my initial interaction with the was quite good. However, I hired them to change out some old ballasts in a building I rent. They sent a couple of guys and they started the work but ran out of parts. I paid them for the work they had done. I never heard from them again. They never came back to complete the job. I just let it go for a while. I called them two weeks ago asking if someone could come over and take a look at my wheelchair lift which did not seem to be getting power as well as the remaining ballasts and some light fixutures. No one called back so I called again earlier in the week and was told that this time the message would go to a supervisor. Still no call back. I don't have time for someone who has no respect for my business or me. Someone told me that the help I needed was not a big enough ticket for them. Haivng my own busienss I understand that but have the decency to call me back and say that. I would not recommend them, but if you have a "big ticket" project they might be a great company to work with.Services: Light fixture repair, Electrical wiring repair

They were professional, creative and respectful of the erratic studio schedule and access to them. Our building is now well-lit inside and out! Excellent overall experience. Alex & John came on time to route two new CAT6 Ethernet cables from my basement up to my home office on the 2nd floor. Though it took them a little longer than they expected due to wires getting caught in one area of the wall, they only charged me the amount originally quoted (I even got a discount for referring our neighbors!). All the work was very neat & they took care to wear booties & vacuum all the work areas when done. Highly recommended.
