Sorry for the late review. Mike and his team are the best. Extremely professional and organized. I used MJ Plumbing for a gas turn on and they were very informative and guided me throughout the process. It was a long complicated process but, they made it look and feel easy and almost no stress on me. Shout out to Jacob for doing his part at the house. Thank you guys.

Jacob came to service my tankless water heater for it's first annual maintenance. He was on time, and I was kept up to date on his arrival. I was interested in understanding the unit, so he opened it up and patiently explained the functions of the parts. He found a plumbing mistake made on the install (by others), so he fixed that as well. Service was definitely a 5, although the cost was quite a bit more than expected. I didn't comparison shop though, so that might be the going rate.

Highly recommended! Michael, Jacob, Jonathan and Jennifer at MJ Plumbing Heating & Cooing are the absolute best. We worked with them very recently for a gas turn on with Coned, which is a multi-step process. Michael responded very quickly, explained exactly what we could expect and got the repairs and paperwork done in a quick and professional manner. Though having an emergency plumbing situation come up in your home is never fun, I was so relieved that I found this company and hired them right away. Thank you everyone on the MJ team!!

MJ replaced an old gas boiler and water heater with a high efficient wall mounted boiler and indirect tank. Jonathan answered every question I had. He is very detail oriented, the craft to put everything together was above my expectations. Now we have a state of the art heating system that heats both the house and the water. I wanted someone to service my Navien combi unit in a house I bought three months ago (new house = don't know when the unit was last serviced). It took a while to get an appointment given the number of flooding-related work that has been going on but, when they came, it was worth it. They 100% knew what they were doing and explained everything totally transparently. I would not hesitate to get them in again for a service or a repair. SO much better than many of the HVAC companies that I used to deal with at my old house.Update as of Feb 2023: Used MJ Plumbing again to sort out some old copper piping that was left over from when my house had a hot water tank.
