Overall pleased with the garage they built. The process wasn’t the smoothest, so just make sure you know how to get permits because you’ll be doing that on your own. It was my first time dealing with that and it frustrated me to tears, having to coordinate all that myself when I figured the company would handle it. Also make sure you know EXACTLY what you want and be sure to have everything in writing. We discussed a ramp situation in our consultation, but we were left with quite a ledge to the garage that we can’t get our car over if we needed to. They assumed we were getting our driveway redone ?? but we never said anything about that. My fault for not making sure that was in writing, but I wish there was more communication because if it were me and I was leaving a ledge like that I would want to double check with the owner that that was okay. There was no walk through or anything afterwards, they just left. Lastly, you can only pay by check or cash (no card apparently, even though their invoice system says you can). Make sure you have that type of payment ready. The work was good and quick, however make sure to advocate for yourself because you’ll need to. 5 star work, 3 star experience (I wanted to say 2 stars but I myself could have been more assertive), so 4 stars overall.

I hired Reeves to layout and pour a 15' x 20' concrete patio and a walkway along the back of my house. They worked with me to determine a layout, suggested different finish/treatment options, etc. We set a date and they were there to prep the area, build the forms, when they promised. Any questions I had were answered and the job came out beautiful. That was 8 months ago in August. This spring when the snow melted, I was very happy to see that the patio still looked perfect and that it has survived the winter with no cracks, heaves, or any other issues. I hope to use them again for an expansion to the patio next summer. 5 stars all around!!
