Had a flooded basement they came and damaged my new refrigerator and my molding on my wall and never completely cleaned my basement. Left a bad review with pictures had the owner call me and promise me compensation and for new workers to come and finish. I got the job finished after missing work both times. Now they want to demand payment for the deductible. They even say they will take legal action for payment. I have over 2 grand in property damaged by them.Service: Flood restoration

We called PM Leary and they responded very quickly. They informed my husband and I that they could not help and put in a referral to rotor rooters. Rotor rooters also called back in a timely manner. I am very skeptical about calling companies I have never used before. BUT I would not hesitate about calling PM Leary again if I need to. You will be in good hands!

Excellent experience all around. This was our second project using Leary and it went smoothly. Lee was great to deal with from start to finish. I contacted them via e-mail and they were quick to respond with follow-up questions.Had them repair some water damage to some wooden exterior walls on my garage and install vinyl siding over it. Our dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded two rooms in our cabin. The crew came out the same day we called and kept us informed about their ETA while en route to our place an hour away from Plattsburgh. They moved furniture, rolled up rugs, set up fans and a dehumidifier, and explained how it all worked to us before they left. They took our rugs back to their facility to dry them out and retuned 48 hours later (on a Saturday afternoon) to put it all back together, like nothing ever happened. I would definitely call them again if we had another disaster.

Pat and his crew were absolutely phenomenal!! They took care of everything that was needed from start to finish! Our kitchen had a hot water leak that was a result from a mouse chewing through the hose. Had to redo then entire basement and replace all of the kitchen cabinets. They packed up EVERYTHING that would be in the way and stored everything in a secure place. They were professional, courteous, and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I wouldn't recommend anyone other than PM Leary restoration if you have water or fire damage!

called for a leaking roof. came out a day later to put up temp fix, four months later still haven't sent my insurance a quote for the permanent fix. now I need to find someone else to finish the work they refuse to do, all because the insurance isn't fast enough for them. I'm sorry you opened a business in a field where insurance companies pay most of your work, insurance companies move at their own speed. horrible communication, and customer service.

Would not recommend, $15 service fee on bill show up to fix plumbing issue on Friday afternoon, leave without saying anything for holiday weekend. Then no call from them even when the open back up Tuesday after holiday have to call myself. Poor communication, would not recommend.
