Outstanding service from Perry's. Top-quality work and craftsmanship. The entire team is professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We have used Perry's services twice. They repaired our slate roof on our 1936 Tudor-style home in Peekskill, and they also installed a new slate roof onto the addition of our house. The work was fairly priced both times, with minimal waiting time to get onto their schedule. We will never look anywhere else for roofing services.

Perry Roofing replaced our old roof in Putnam Valley in one day after a careful estimate of the work involved. We were very impressed. The estimate of the job outlined all of the steps, the warranties included, the requisite licenses and insurance and concluded with a thorough cleanup of the property. We understood and were prepared to accept additional costs based upon the condition of our old roof as it was revealed during the work but to our amazement, the job cost exactly the amount estimated. Having done our research we knew the price quoted was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Perry’s Roofing and would happily use them again

Perry’s Roofing is a breadth of fresh air, responsive, hard working and organized. They came to the house to meet me and see the roof and Perry came prepared - from a satellite photo he knew what square footage we had. We scheduled a day and they showed up on time. An army of 12 guys swarmed my roof and completed the basic roof in a day. They cleaned up and the bill was exactly what was estimated. I recommend them highly.

Very happy w the new roof install Perry's team did on our house in August this year. While we were traveling, their team replaced our existing roof with new shingles, added some drainage features and cut out an attic skylight. I've waited this long to post because I had one minor outstanding issue (take off our old directtv dish) which kept getting delayed due to weather thus wasn't originally resolved but they just did it recently in a very satisfactory manner. Definitely would recommend Perrys for your roofing jobs. Oh btw I had received a quote from Perry and one of his main rivals. The rival had very slightly better price but was not getting back to me about the skylight price for weeks. So called Perry, they adjusted their quote to be even more competitive and I hired them. Super professional and friendly folks at Perry's.

While another company had us waiting weeks to fix a leak in our garage, Perry's Roofing came by the same day to give us an estimate, and had it fixed the next morning. They went above and beyond to identify and fix some surrounding shingles as well.Flash forward a couple years later, it was time to completely replace the roof (the previous repair was still holding strong.) Perry came by to give us an estimate and provide a packet with color options, warranty information, FAQs, insurance, etc. I wish more companies did this.Communication with everyone at Perry's is fantastic. They're incredibly responsive, and nothing is left to guesswork. The crew was here on time, finished the very same day, and did a good job cleaning up. The crew also showed us the cause of past water and explained how they were fixing them.The new roof and skylight looks great. There's a reason you see their signs all over Westchester!

We've owned our bar/restaurant business for 28 years, and had a new roof installed when we first bought it. Part flat, part gambrel, part typical peak roof, it ended up requiring a lot of patches and fixes through the years. (We used a contractor, who was also a customer... that doesn't always work.)This past January, we had the entire roof redone by Perry's, and what a job they did! They stripped the entire roof, replaced every sheet of plywood (77 sheets!,) and got the entire job done in one day, with no loss of revenue for our business!There must have been between 15 and 20 crew members, working in unison, with each going about their respective tasks, and not getting in each other's way.Impeccable job, and when they got done, there was no trash left... they cleaned up the whole area very well.I would definitely recommend them for commercial or residential.

Perry's Roofing was amazing. I had a very old roof and chimney that finally had a major leak and needed immediate repairs. I was referred by my realtor to several roofing companies that were highly rated by other homeowners. Four companies showed up for estimates. All of them were very professional and polite during the estimates, but only three sent me quotes. (The one who did not quote called to say they were good friends with Perry, respected his work and they wouldn't be close to his pricing.) Perry's estimate was in between the other two, but the clincher was that they could do the work immediately. They rebuilt the chimney top on a Wednesday, replaced the entire roof (including all new plywood and fascia boards) on a Thursday, and installed an all new gutter system and chimney flashing on a Friday. I was onsite for all of the work and the crews were all great. They worked at incredible speeds, but kept everything clean and completely addressed the one or two concerns I raised during the job. I want to specifically mention Todd Orlowski, who provided the initial estimate and oversaw every aspect of the project from start to finish. He was onsite every day and stayed in touch via text messages in between. If there are rock stars of roofing, Todd Orlowski is one of them. Kara, Natalie and Susan in the office were great, too. They made the scheduling and payment process super easy and stayed in touch through email and phone from start to finish.

A few years ago, we decided to invest in a new roof with Perry roofing due to the age of our existing one. After changing our roof, we started noticing water seeping into our basement, specifically in the mechanical room.After a long time we noticed that Perry Roofing's was the source of the problem. This company left a significant area next to the chimney without shingles and did not install the chimney flashing. This company has turned our once-dry home into a home with lots of problems when it rains. And still we have many problems when it is raining. I wish we kept our old roofing and having less or no headaches.It's unacceptable that a roofing company entrusted with such a crucial aspect of home maintenance could be so careless.This company needs to be more reliable, responsible, and professional.

I've never seen a roof removed and replaced on such short order, and with meticulous attention to detail. It was started and completed in one day. I am amazed that Perry Roofing can replace my entire roof in one day.7 am workers begin to show up and then the big truck with lots of ladders on top arrived. 8 am work begin and everyone knows exactly what their duties are. They worked well as a team and helped out each other.Perry Roofing brought huge tarps. Hang them around the house to protect the windows and deck. Also most of the old roof tiles were tossed onto the tarp.
