Called Patrick and explained that we needed a quick turnaround and the next day him and his team arrived in Manhasset and my driveway, walkway, patio, doors all look spotless within a couple of hours! This is the first time I have used PWNY for shrink wrapping my furniture. They did an outstanding job! I have used other companies in the past and they exceeded my expectations! I have a turf back yard so they were extra careful with the heating and no damage The men were polite and worked fast and efficient. Lattingtown, N.Y.Patrick and his crew did a fantastic job “soft washing” my deck (specialty ippe wood needs a light touch) as well as unwrapping and carefully and thoroughly cleaning all of my outdoor furniture and travertine. Patrick was back and forth ensuring that I was pleased and that the work was getting done the right way. The crew was so responsive and courteous. I noticed an area that has spots from previous years, and Patrick is going to come back and see if he can lightly sand the area to fix our deck and make it look as perfect as possible. It was a huge investment and Patrick knows what he is doing. We are now fast friends and he is invited back to clean my roof :) I only wish I had used his company from the beginning!!!! William the heart, soul and leader of crew took extra time to make sure that the customer satisfaction was primary. My initial job was concerning my gutters and things growing out of them.
