We had the BEST experience working with 915. John has extreme attention to detail and is very personable, making the chaos of a full gut renovation much easier to manage. He is very responsive and makes himself available at the drop of a dime, before and after the project. The entire team and their subs are professional, friendly and feel like part of our extended family. They were so supportive of what we were experiencing personally, as we had our first baby during the renovation, and did everything they could control to accommodate us and expedite the project. They are the epitome of working with speed while not sacrificing quality, a rare trait in this industry. We've recommended them to our closest family and friends, something that we take seriously as home renovations can become high stress; 915 was our partner the entire way and ever since. They still come by our home two years later!

John & staff are truly a valuable addition to the construction trades here in the tristate. They are true to their word and own whatever they take on. I have been using the team over at 915 for many home renovations over the past few years now, and they are nothing short of incredible. Even small handyman projects around the house that I needed help with, they were there with a ton of knowledge and professionalism! I had a very positive experience with Handyman Express and definitely recommend them! I’ve used them twice so far. Once for a bigger job, and once for a roof repair. OThey did a great job and they were a pleasure to work with. They communicated well, coordinated with the plumbers, took care of all permits/inspections, etc. And when something cropped up that was unexpected they were very reassuring. I'll definitely use them again!

John and team helped us fix our home after the recent winter freezing that impacted many homes on long island. John and his team were able to come in assess the damage, provide a detailed report and work with me to get it all settled with my homeowner insurance company right away with no hassle. John's team detailed plan and assessment allowed my insurance company to very quickly sign off on the work and provide the funds within a week of the accident in order for John and his team to fix alll the flood damaged areas quickly. I would recommend 915 construction to anyone who wants a contractor who is honest and helps you each step of the way through a job so you always know where you stand in the process.

915 construction did my Childs Playroom in our house. They were professional and timely in their work by building the playroom exactly to our specifications even when certain changes needed to be made on the fly the work was still finished efficiently and with little to no added cost. 915 acted as a partner in the construction the whole time thoroughly explaining the process, cost of materials and things that could be tweaked or changed in order to make the playroom better as well as keep costs contained. I'd recommend their work to anyone who is looking for high quality work at a reasonable rate.

When I first met Jaime Iuculano I was directly & immediately impressed with two items in his personality: his candor and his ability to explain things to a layman such as myself in a sincere and meaningful way. Now, mind you, there are many Contractors out there who are sincere & unctuous. However, as a wise old coach once told me, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Jaime put together a first rate team of Masonry contractors, plumbers & electricians to address the issue that we had in our @100 year old home in Carle Place. You see, we needed to have an egress window installed, plumbing, pipes & vents, and drains updated; as well as electrical wiring , electrical switches as well as a hard wired smoke & Carbon monoxide alarm installed. The beauty was that these Contractors all knew each other very well, all knew their craft very well, and all had deep respect & praise for Jaime & his high level of professionalism. There were no issues, no problems, no cheap short cuts, no guff, no excuses, no petty bickering. It was a pleasure to observe these professionals work at jobs that they really liked and cooperate with one another fully. On a going forward basis, Jaime Iuculano & 915 Construction & Design will have my business. Period & end of story. I recommend Jaime as well as his backroom support staff ( Colleen Maguire is a wonderful , highly organized, approachable liaison with Jaime's customers ) as a superior Contractor to work with.

915 solicits their business via direct mass mailings along with other spam ads you get with your Val-Pack. For someone who constantly says he is in high end renovations, this doesn’t make any sense. No reputable contractor would ever solicit business through direct mass mail. Jaimie is a good salesman but that’s all. He over-promises and under-delivers. When caught lying, he disappears and doesn’t respond. His company may be good to install your trim and bill you ridiculous sum for it, but don’t rely on them for anything structural. He caused so many issues on our house (incorrect framing, incorrect grading, leaking window, the list is too long to mention here). Had to fire him from our job because he was so incompetent. Run away while you can, there are much better contractors out there.

915 Construction did our home renovation in 2019, and we are still thrilled with their work three years later. We had to live in our home during the construction and they created a separate space for us and even then cleaned up every day. Jaimie helped us think everything through, made good recommendations, and Jaimie and John are consistently detail oriented, thorough, thoughtful, and responsive.

No work done I'm sure they do great work but wanted to share if you want a price proposal and want to pay 2 to 3 times more then anyone else they waste your time. A price quote of 173 thousand dollars for a small basement 4 walls and a small bathroom which is already there. My wife loved there work and Jamie is very knowledgeable but when they gave me there proposal i almost had a heart attack. I never write reviews but if i can save someone's time and there time i guess i did something positive. I guess if you want to pay for the best and money isn't a thing then it's another story but def get other quotes for your job.

Great experience with John, Jamie and the crew. From project inception through construction and completion they were responsive, professional and did high quality work. Our bathroom, hallway and bedroom work was exactly what we wanted and they made our vision come to life! If you want quality work done the correct way, give them a call.

With respect to quality of work they really do a great job. The only thing that fail CO inspection was the use of ACFI breakers which seemed an easy fix.The three starts was because the partners John and Jamie really need a project manager. John seemed ontop of things but my main PoC was Jamie. He is a great guy and made me feel comfortable, however after 70% of the project larger commercial jobs started coming in and there was a huge delay in my project. So much so I told the office I need to fire them and move on, which caused me alot of headache and even more cost and time. In hindsight would have been better to just stay with 915. It was just frustrating to have them say we will be there next week and never show, which went on for nearly 3 months. Then John stepped in and blasted through some additional work, but still left me with about 7k in additional contracting and product that I needed to do myself.I really want to give these guys 5 stars as I believe they are good people with a good product, however they need to be smarter about managing projects and prioritizing.

Over priced!! If you want to waste money hire this company. They will charge you 4x times more than anyone else for basic stuff and all work is performed by South American crew. They gave me 250k quote for 2 bathrooms without finished materials. You can buy a house with that money down!!!
