I am 110% satisfied with Alf's Roofing, 5 stars for sure. The company is prompt, attentive, quality work that stands up both recent and past. I have used them for multiple projects in my house and they have been a lifesaver, particularly since I live in a location that tends to receive lots of water from storms.I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I had a bad leak in my bedroom ceiling. Called Alf's Roofing and met with Wayne. He figured out the problem immediately. Sent his crew in. They fixed it quickly and the repair held during the torrential rain we just had. Highly recommend Alf's Roofing! Quick response, excellent work, nice team :)

I recently had a disappointing experience with this roofing company, specifically with the staff member responsible for scheduling and customer service. While Wayne, the owner, impressed me with his visit and expertise months ago, offering valuable insights and ideas for my roof, the follow-through was severely lacking. Despite providing a drone video of my roof to aid in the quote process, it was apparently never passed along by the secretary. Attempts to follow up or even book the necessary work were met with unresponsiveness and a lack of interest. Given that Wayne is not accessible via cellphone, navigating through this uncooperative intermediary became a significant barrier. After asking directly if my business was wanted and receiving an indifferent response, I found myself in a dire situation with a bad leak that needed immediate attention. Regrettably, due to these communication and service issues, I am compelled to seek services elsewhere. This company needs to reassess its customer service approach, especially regarding how work is booked and quotes are provided.

When a big tree fell on our house during Hurricane Isaias, a neighbor recommended Alf’s Roofing and we couldn’t be happier with the results. In addition to the exterior roof repair, we had structural damage to the roof beams, a window that had to be replaced and a bathroom that needed some repairs. Alf’s Roofing came the next day and took care of everything. They walked us through the insurance process as we had never submitted a claim before. They were professional, showed up when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them, whether you need a roof repair or a new roof.

This company is the best called for a leak and someone came right away in a rainstorm cleaned my gutter and stopped the leak. Very compassionate and professional !

A few months back we add high winds and it tore many roof tiles off my house down to the wood, I called Alf,s Roofing and Wayne the owner was at my house in an hour and repaired the roof very quickly. We decided to hire Alf’s to put a new roof on our house with new gutters and leaders. They did a FANTASTIC job in a timely manner, they came on a Monday morning and completed the next day. One Of the workers came back the next day and went back on the roof and painted all of my vents to match the roof. When they finished the yard was cleaned to perfection. I would recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

I hired Alfs roofing of Port Washington to do some repairs on my parents roof Barbara and Tom Faticone. Not only were they very speedy with a callback for an appointment. Their work was Prompt ,Professional and Pristine! But what really impressed me was the respect they showed towards my parents and they're property!! Alfs Roofing is a family owned buisness , that makes you feel like family!! My roof was in desperate need of an update since it hasn’t been updated since before I purchased the house. The owner was very knowledgeable on the new up to date materials that could be used to repair my roof. Once the job started they where done in only a few days and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Project in Port Washington, very difficult project and it looks great. No leaks. Slate and asphalt roof repair. Great job by all. Next to the foundation, the roof is the 2nd most important component of any building. Hire a professional, highly recommend Alfs.

less than zero stars if it was an option. made an appointment last week for 9:15 this morning... called at 10am to see what happened to our missed appointment. When I finally got a call back and asked what happened to our missed appointment... Guy said don't lecture me. What a douchebag! Please do not use. Very unprofessional.
