We ordered an outdoor railing for our brick steps from Amazon and it should have been simple enough for us to install…except it wasn’t! I called my usually responsive handyman but he NEVER responded (this was and still is super surprising and weird).I was talking to Malone about my railing and wanting to have it installed right away agreed of a party. He made an appt with me for first thing Monday morning and he arrived exactly on time at 9am. I thought we were just looking to see if my job was possible. Instead, Malone had all the tools he needed and the job was done in less than an hour.He drilled into brick, securely installed my metal railing, and fixed all the misalignment issues. He was friendly and educational all the while. Bonus, he cleaned up ALL the brick dust when he was done!Highly recommend Malone. Timely, responsive, capable, affordable and friendly. Malone has done a number of small repairs and improvements in and around our home. The latest is he designed, built and installed a custom window-well cover to prevent water from filling the well. His solution allows full natural light to get to the window and protect the house from water coming in during heavy storms.
