Carlos and his crew took our small backyard and created a sculpted patio with bluestone. We communicated throughout the process via in-person meetings, texts and emails. The patio preparation was immaculate and very professionally done using layers of base stone etc. They were able to cut the curve of the patio exactly to my liking. Our agreed-upon price was WELL worth the value of the finished product. Awesome professional work from the beginning of our project to the very end. We have an older home from 1910 with wood siding that was in desperate need of some attention. We had some broken and rotted siding along with chipped paint everywhere from over the years. Our gutters and front walkway also needed some attention as well. We needed wallpaper removed and a fresh coat of paint for our newly purchased home.Not only was the cost reasonable for the Westchester area, the quality of work was outstanding. His team was courteous, professional, and detailed oriented. Not only did they help remove wallpaper and paint, but they also removed some carpeting, refinished floors and fixed a couple of bedroom walls for us. He is well connected so knows construction workers, electricians, cleaners, and people who can also help with items around the house.They finished the work within the estimated time frame, removed all the trash and debris, and left the house clean and ready for us to move in.All I had to do was give them a copy of the house keys and the team went in and out, did their job, and Carlos updated me throughout the process.Carlos was also very responsive and communicative. Carlos Mino is a really nice person. Carlos did a lot of work on our house. Even though his company is Mino's Painting, he does a lot of other work then paint. If he spots something he will fix it.
