Chris at high peaks arrived promptly to do the estimate. High peaks squeezed me into their busy schedule and did an outstanding job thanks to their crew and they were polite, courteous, and carefully removed a good sized tree limb overhanging the roof of the house. They were fairly priced and I would highly recommend their professional service. John did an excellent job carefully roping and removing the limb as to prevent roof damage.

We had the team at High Peaks tackle a large project at our commercial property in Lake George involving about 18 trees and chipping up a large pile of old trees that had fallen over the years. Although we had to wait several months from our first contact and communication wasn't the best, we have to give a great review to the actual service of tree removal!! The crew was on time, efficient, friendly, and did an incredible job with great precision, taking 4 huge pines from our property. Clean up was awesome, leaving our property spotless!

Military precision. These guys are tree surgeons. We hired them to remove 6 huge pines in extremely difficult locations around our house. We insisted that the birch and oaks which surround the pines were not harmed, and indeed they were not. This was the most efficient and accurate team I have ever hired. Highly recommended.Update: Hired them again this year to get rid of some more pines and cleanup some hardwood trees. Same outstanding service. Great team. Honest, on time, fast, precise, great price, detailed clean up. Can't ask for a better company.

I've had these guys in twice to do tree work and lot clearing. No complaints. If you have grass you don't want ruts in, let them know ahead of time so you can put boards under the tires.Those trucks are heavy. I've had a number of tree services in and many just drive over the lawn and make ruts. It's a pain to fix. Chris and his team do a good job.

Do not hire these guys! My neighbor hired them to take down a 30-40 foot fir tree from his backyard. My neighbor showed them the property line and where my sprinkler heads are located. But because they wanted to save time, they took the whole tree down in one piece instead of a few smaller pieces that the property configuration required. They then trucked it over my sprinkler heads and through my front tree, ramming the fir tree through the lower several branches of my front tree to avoid the same kind of tree in my neighbor's front yard. I tried to stop the driver, but he either didn't see/hear me or just ignored me! When I complained the owner who was standing there witnessing the whole thing without taking any action, he apologized and said his worker "didn't know better!" Doesn't he train his people and why didn't he stop him? He trespassed and my tree has probably sustained damage that won't show until it leafs out in the spring.

I believe that it was in September. We requested an estimate. Chris gave us a verbal estimate and said there will be a wait. They will come sometime in October. Called twice in October. Chris said he was still busy. That he will definitely come in November. Called in November. Chris said don’t worry you are still on his list. It is now December 24th and no response. This is no way to run a business. I would not recommend this business. Not trustworthy
