So happy with my purchase from Bayhorse. I wanted two matching outdoor couches for my house and Gerry had tons of color and fabric options. They are so comfortable and beautiful. The wood is similar to polywood product but better and the fabric is sunbrella so I know these are going to last a long time.

We were having our backyard renovated and our contractor was originally supposed to build us a pavilion only for us to realize that he was building it incorrectly and did not seem safe. We had a family gathering coming up in 5 weeks and needed shade in our southern exposed backyard. I found Bayhorse will browsing on the internet and found that they had the best pricing. Not only did they have the best pricing, they were able to turn the pavilion around in a quicker timeline than when I originally called to accommodate our gathering. I worked with both Gerry and Sherri and they were both helpful and extremely friendly. They were responsive with all the emails/questions I had and also the changes we had made after we've placed the order. We also paid for the delivery and assembly which I highly recommend. The delivery people were early and finished assembling our 14x18 pavilion in 3 hours! It's a beautiful product and we've received so many compliments on it already. I would highly recommend Bayhorse

Thank you to the crew of Bayhorse Gazebos and Barns for our new sheds. Michelle and Tim’s patient communication and follow through helped us to fully remove our old structures with care and make sure we chose the best options for installation. Our yard is not even or flat, but the drivers could not have been more careful and capable. Demo was thorough, with no debris left behind, and delivery was flawless. We love our shed!! Well built and well-priced. Especially like the affordable option to match almost any paint color/stain you choose. Unfortunately, on the first attempt to deliver our shed it was painfully clear the color was wrong and a door was in the wrong place. We refused delivery and the driver immediately called their office and they took it away and returned 2 weeks later with the shed we had actually ordered. No problem...no argument...no extra charge...they owned their mistake and made it right...which is why I'm still giving them 5 stars. I highly recommend Bayhorse.

Wow! Looked at several types of businesses like Bayhorse in the area and decided to go with them based on their kindness, ease to work with and Michelle's and Gerry's ability for you to get exactly what you want! The process to nail down a custom design of a shed for my business's office was really painless and reassuring. We had permit issues with my town that required some back and forth with them that they were so patient with and handled so generously. Building quality is excellent! Lot's of positives to Bayhorse! Michelle is the best! In short, our farm will definitely buy from them again and will recommend others to them too! We were here to supply bicyclists participating in the Discover Hudson Valley ride with food, water, mechanic services and encouragement. Nice of the Gazebo people to make their parking lot available - that's what the stars are for. Some of the barns are bigger than a typical nyc apartment, so yeah.

Better than Amazon Prime! Bayhorse prepared the site for my in stock shed and delivered and set my shed in one day . I own three Bayhorse sheds. They are well built and last forever. All of my outdoor wood furniture is from Bayhorse, I’ve had it for 13 years, it stays outside on my deck year round and it still looks great. I stain in every few years , but I’ve never had to repair it. The best part about Bayhorse is the owner , he treats you like a friend. A company like Bayhorse is rare. You will enjoy doing business with them .

We are delighted with our new Amish built two car garage from Bayhorse Gazebos & Barns. Gerry Thorpe managed the entiren project and dealt with the town for the building permit, contracted with the mason for the foundation slab and coordinated with the electrician. In a process similar to a barn raising, the Amish crew from Pennsylvania, along with the Bayhorse team, put up the garage in a single day. Our expectations were more than satisfied by the high quality finished product.

I got a great shed from Bayhorse three years ago. They were great to work with, and when my town wanted blueprints to give me a permit, Bayhorse had it to me very quickly. The town was impressed. On delivery day they did a great job putting right on the pad I had prepared. Years later, the shed looks great and I still get compliments on it.

About 15 years ago we bought an 8'x12' shed at Bayhorse. We regret leaving it with the house when we moved. Fast forward to 3 years ago, needed a garage built at the new house. It was a no brainer, drove to Bayhorse, spoke with Gerry, plans for a custom, 2 story, 2 car, 24'x24' garage where drawn up, tweaked and we were ready to roll. Then, lockdown. Obviously, out of everyone's control, then supply delays, again, COVID not Bayhorse. When the world opened back up our garage arrived in two giant pieces. Next day, roof and shingles were on, siding up ... And done! 2 days! Technically 1 day. Pretty awesome to watch the delivery and very impressive to see it completed in a day. There were a few hiccups afterward but one conversation with Gerry and Tim and his guys were back here to take care of it the next day. I hope I never need to build another anything ever again BUT if I do, no brainer, Bayhorse. Thanks to everyone that contributed. Especially Bill for being so patient with all the many design changes. If I could leave a hundred stars I would! Over the years we've bought 7 sheds from Bay Horse and they've been fabulous to work with - I bought my first shed in 1986 & it's still standing. Had two custom dog kennels built & when one came in not as ordered Gerry was just a prince about re-ordering & got it delivered to a hard to reach spot on a cold snowy day. Can't say enough good things about these guys!!!

I have to say that meeting Gerry and purchasing the shed was a pleasant experience. He seemed to be a nice person, kind and charitable with a great personality. His staff was very friendly as well. They offer great prices and nice quality products. The problem I have is with delivery and follow up customer service. I ordered an 8x12 shed and I was aware that a post needed to be cut on my pvc fence to get the shed into the yard. They decided to send one man to deliver the shed. He butchered my fence, I was told that it would be replaced and covered by bayhorse and not to worry. He could not handle the shed alone, so myself and a neighbor had to help with the delivery. I believe I paid 400 bucks for this delivery, I didn’t realize that I was going to have to do it myself on top of that cost. The driver leaves me with a gaping hole in my fence and said Gerry would get back to me. That was August 2nd. In the last two months I have called the office no less than 10 times and magically I still have not heard from Gerry. 400 dollars for do it yourself delivery and 350 dollars to repair a massacred fence. Thanks for ignoring me once the shed hit the pavement. A reputable company would have refunded the delivery charge and paid for the damages caused by their employee. I am completely disappointed in how they have handled this issue.

i bought our shed from bayhorse 4 years agoIts built strong and exactly what we wanted. we were in aw how it was brought in as we have very little space to get up our hill and in our back yard. I was impressed. Gerry was so nice and listened to what we wanted. Wont go anywhere else looking into getting a pergola next!

I chose Bayhorse because my friend had good things to say about them. I had a difficult, and chalanging delivery location. He told me they had a very special trailer. They do !!! Never saw anything like this in my life.After serious calculating and navigating they miraculously delivered my shed exactly in place. Thanks again for that guys.I did have a door alignment issue some months later. To my amazement, they sent someone out to rectify the issue the day after I mentioned it to them.Unbelievable !!!If more companies did business the way Bayhorse does, we'd all be in a better place!!!'Highly' recommend them.

Love doing business with these people. The product is high quality and the delivery and/or setup is professional. I purchased a 2-car garage (Cape Style) last year and the assembly team showed up at 6:30 and were done by 6:00 that evening. I also purchased a chicken coop last year and it was delivered quickly and placed where i needed it. Everybody at Bayhorse Gazebos is helpful and pleasant to deal with.

We ordered two beautiful sheds from Bay Horse the day we closed on our house. I have driven by their business many times but looked at other custom shed builders to make sure this was our best option. It's a small business, a bit quirky, but they worked hard to have our job completed within the estimated delivery time (which was delayed due to some circumstances beyond their control). They swore up and down that they could get the sheds across the small stream that surrounds our home. It was a feat of engineering in addition to sheer grunt work but they did the job. We couldn't be more pleased. The sheds are so beautiful we wanted to move into them. They look historically correct for our old saltbox house and will last forever.
