The crew at Alpine Metal Roof did a great job with my roof replacement. The job was done within two days, stripped of old shingles and metal roofing on. The sales person was responsive with answering my questions from the start to even the day after the work was completed. Lastly, the roofing crew performed some minor repair work not quoted on the proposal. I was expecting a small additional charge for this and was happily surprised when the minor repairs were not charged! Total billed was as quoted. I would recommend them for a metal roof replacement.

This truck knowingly cut me off today with loaded equipment and ladders in his truck. He knew he didn’t have enough time to turn out and did so anyways. I had my child in the vehicle. I honked because he whipped out in front of me and then slowed to the point I had to slam my breaks twice. Well he felt so annoyed I did this he proceeded to drive as slow as feasibly possible. He then went on to pull into what I can only assume was a clients house. Wild bc if this had been a road rage incident it would have occurred at a clients house?! So unprofessional and unsafe. I recorded the entire thing on my dash cam as well.

The roof is of high quality and looks great, the installation was thorough, every detail done correctly. The crew was excellent, being careful of the house and garden while they installed. Good communication with the crew. Clear contract, and fulfilled as specified.

From my first call to Alpine, I was really pleased with the service. Someone came for a quote the next day and my roof replacement was scheduled promptly. They came when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The staff was all very communicative and the guys who worked on the roof were fast and efficient! I would highly recommend Alpine for a professional and reasonably priced roofing company.

The neighbors had their roof done yesterday and I found an array of fasteners and debris in our shared drive way. A large wheeled ground magnet at harbor freight is like..50$ and it takes 10 minutes at most to magnet all the grass on their side and our driveway. My neighbors down the block had their roof done by alpine last year and there was fasteners all over like this. Clean up is an essential part of the job , especially when it comes to roofing.

Alpine were referred to me by a friend and I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking to have a metal roof installed. Our house did not have any insulation in the roof (structurally not feasible) so a metal roof plus insulation seemed like the only way to go. The installers dealt with some unique challenges and they worked swiftly and professionally over two long, hot days. It's clear they take pride in their work. I was thrilled that they did a magnet sweep around the property afterward. Already feeling a difference with the insulation! I haven't had any follow-up calls from the company which would be a nice touch, but we haven't had any issues with some of the serious rains that have come through. 10/10 would recommend!Service: Roof installation

The materials arrived on time and were ok but we had talked to rep at store personally on premise said we were interested in testured bronze or textured gray,,,we were given 2 sample pieces to take home and decide when we called back to order we talked to same person said we would go with the bronze,,,thought all was good but when roofing delivered it was not textured bronze ,,,i called and was told the rep we saw at store was not available so we spoke to rep on phone and was told it was our responsibility to verify color ,,,well we werent aware there was a regular bronze ,,,SO BUYER BEWARE ,,,,even though we werent aware there was a plain bronze it was our fault.....would not recommend them to anyone if thats how they treat customers

Alpine Metal Roofing tore off my old shingle roof and replaced it with a new metal roof. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Alpine was much more affordable than other metal roofing companies in the area, and they were very responsible to my calls and emails with questions that arose throughout the process of ordering my roof and scheduling the installation. The installers were very hard workers, putting in 12-hour days on back-to-back days to make sure the roof installation was completed in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. High level of communication. Extremely efficient. Roof installed beautifully in roughly 5.5 hours. Only gripe is the amount of scraps and fasteners left behind that I’m still cleaning up. Changed from 4/5 to 3/5 after having snow melt and seeing how much (screws, roofing nails, cutoffs, and shingles) was really left behind scattered all over my property. I have children who play all over the area and this install created a dangerous place for them to play.Service: Roof installation

This is a very professional company every employee I had the pleasure of meeting from Tim my sales man to the warehouse personnel to the office personnel to the installer personnel with Alpine was extremely friendly and answered every question and concern I had. My roof was installed a little over two weeks after my estimate and it was completed in one day. The craftsmanship of my new roof was top notch. Alpine Roofing was great. Showed up 10 min early. Within 15 min the old roof was coming off. They were courteous & respectful. Job was completed in 7 hours even clean up. I’d add a photo..., but the sales rep never showed up to a planned appointment!!!Had an appointment scheduled for them to assess possible two roofing jobs.A half an hr AFTER the planned appointment.... I called the company to see if they were still coming. The woman who answered the phone told me since it was ‘raining’, the sales rep was going to call me to cancel (she ultimately said perhaps the sales rep thought she was going to cancel it...)!Well... it was misting here- same as the day before!! But that didn’t stop their competitor from showing up here the day before!!! The woman continued to tell me that since they were so busy, they probably wouldn’t be able to complete any job now before spring anyway!!! It was as if the missed appointment was a good thing! Well.. that would have been nice to know BEFORE they setup the sales call! I’d like to hire someone who actually WANTS my business!A good company manages the sale like they manage their work & their business. As I explained to the woman who took my call, this didn’t leave a very good taste in my mouth & for that reason, I cannot recommend this company.10/27 UpdateI originally rated Alpine ‘one star’ due to my initial interactions. However, the owner (Dean) ultimately made contact with me about my review. They rescheduled their sales rep visit for the next wk to review the job & quote. Based on their quoted costs/value, customer service approach & estimated start date, I awarded the job to their local competitor. Based on my interactions, I personally felt like my job wasn’t big enough for Alpine this late in the season. As well, although the owner seemed genuinely concerned with my review, I didn’t get a good sense that their overall customer service & my satisfaction was going to improve. For these reasons, I passed on Alpine, but upgraded their rating to ‘3 stars’ since the owner did make contact.

I have dealt with a lot of roofing companies over the years, and was blown away by the work done by the Alpine Team. They showed up with a large team, tackled an extremely complicated roofing problem at our home and were in and out in two days. I couldn't believe how hard they all worked. They were easy to work with, efficient and took excellent care of any mess from the work. Our yard was spotless when they left. I would hire this team again in a heartbeat. The job was well done -- everything works. We were very impressed.

We have a very large remodeled 1850's farm house and contracted with Alpine Roofing to install a forest green steel roof on our house. Their price was excellent and timing was great. The 8 man crew arrived early yesterday morning and with very little discussion began work, each well versed in what they needed to do. The crew was very polite, professional and extremely skilled and the material was very well made!!!!. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a steel roof. They completed the job in less than 8 hours time. That included completely replacing the underlayment over our screened in porch, removing a skylight over our sun porch, Replacing flashing that had blown off the house in several storms, framing the entire perimeter of the house two peaks and a large dormer with very wide plywood strips, adding purlins, steel flashings and steel roofing. Then they commenced with the clean up and you could not tell they had been on site. They were phenomenal!!! Again extremely pleased and highly recommend this company.
