A bad experience here. The office manager Lucille was passive aggressive and asked me “if I knew how to talk”. Had it not been for her uonforessionalism, I would have been inclined to purchase a shed or home. 0 out of 10. I wouldn’t touch one of their homes with a 10 foot pole

I am a tough new york customer and an interior contractor. I stopped in to see what was available by this place i passed over a thousand times, when I got there the office looked closed but was not, and I met one of the most comfortable saleswoman I have ever encountered and then I found out that she was also the owner. She took me around to see the various models and was extremely knowledgable on construction facts and figures. Well, when we sat down to do the numbers, it turns out that the square foot price of a complete, delivered home with all fit and finishes comes in at a number that I couldn't build it myself for and I'm in the business. not to mention the nice service she provides.Highly recommend

I should preface this by saying that I am writing this for someone else, but I was very involved in the home purchase at the time and am still involved with owning the home today. Worst home buying/building experience ever! The owner of this company is no good. She will cheat you every chance she gets. So many corners were cut. House was set wrong on the foundation, by the set crew. They also totally messed up when they "opened" up the roof and overlapped it the opposite way. They tried to cover this up with extra ridge cap which didn't work. Cost roughly $20K to make all the repairs and we are still making repairs to the home today. Home was originally purchased back in 2007. Terrible! Avoid at all costs.

I was rudely confronted by an elderly gentleman, simply for pulling into the parking lot. His opening statement was a demand that I leave. There was no "hello" or "how can we help you". We have had no prior interactions, and will certainly have none upcoming.
