I recently hired R&F to replace my roof on my home. This is the second property I have used them for. They did a complete tear off and replaced plywood as necessary. Replaced my 2 27 year old skylights and installed GAF 50 year roof. When it came time to hire a roofing contractor this time I didn’t bother getting a second estimate. Having worked with Roman previously I knew the workmanship was top notch and price was fair to both myself and the contractor. They completed the job in a timely manner and left my property as they found it. I would definitely recommend R&F. I am planning on having them back again next summer to replace my vinyl siding.Service: Roof repair

This crew did a very good job for us in 2010 when they replace our roof. They arrived each day on time, worked hard, were courteous, kept the work area around the house very need, and cleaned up everything every day. We had a full tear off of the existing roof. It was only one layer but we felt it would provide a better base for the new roof. New underlayment was put down followed by new asphalt shingles. We also had new gutters and downspouts installed.We waited till late in the fall only because I took so long to find R F Remodeling. We had gotten a couple other quotes, one done in a few minutes without even walking around the house. After the job was done winter came early and not all the singles had heat to bond together. A few blew off on the ridges. I called and someone from R F Remodeling came out that same day to make the repairs. After the following summer the roof has performed flawlessly. We are very happy with the followup and the results.If you choose these guys I believe you will get a fair price and be vary happy with the work.
