Rapid Dry is an amazing company. Troy the owner made himself available to come out and reassure my family that the flooding that occurred in our basement was being handled professionally by his team. Nick was a great help with the water remittance and also made himself available to answer all of our questions even after they had completed the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has experienced a flood in their home. Professional and easy to work with!

We were overwhelmed when we found out we had flooding in our basement. I was out of state at the time. I googled restoration company and found Rapid Dry. I was impressed from the first phone call. I appreciated the quick response to our problem. Jeff Sherman and the entire crew handled themselves in a professional manner. They were able to work directly with our insurance company to make this a very easy process. Needless to say, our basement got a long overdue cleaning out!Thank you to the entire team at Rapid Dry!

Very impressed!! Troy and Raymond were very friendly and professional. They were prompt and did a amazing job. They originally came to clean a family heirloom chair and ended up cleaning my living room carpet!! Would highly recommend Rapid Dry, Spencerport!!!

We had flood damage and they are the company that our insurance company dispatched out. We had the initial assessment on a Friday and we're told that beginning Saturday they would arrive and begin to clean damage. we were also told not to do anything until they came out the next day. They didn't show up. On Monday I receive a call asking when they could come out to begin our job. The office DID NOT send out the work order. Ok glitch right? So when they leave that day they said office will call to schedule for Wednesday to continue the process... N O CALL. Wednesday rolls around they call to see when I will be home...long story short the people that do the work are courteous and respectful hence the 3 stars. The company is not run very effectively and I would not recommend them to people who.are looking to have the follow through necessary to schedule work.

Very disappointed in service and professionalism. The tech (Nick) arrived to help clean up from a flood without an "extractor" to remove the water. He stayed and watched us vaccuum up the water, had us print out contracts as he was out of them and needed some. The fans did work great, as promised. The cost, for the company to literally ONLY put up fans overnight, was over $1500.00. Incredible. They had a rep call the next morning and even they were surprised they didn't extract any water. Why show up without the equipment. I suggest you call anyone else.

DO NO USE THESE GUYS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!! They will come into your house, refuse to give you a price then bill you for services not performed!! They billed us $750 to put a few fans in our basement for less than 12 hours! When I said I wouldn’t pay they threatened to put a lien on our house. Very unethical company and shouldn’t be in business.

They charged me $5000 for flood damage and all they did was remove some drywall and put some fans ad a dehumidifier out. Then they left a mountain of debris (over 30 garbage bags) in my back yard and won't come pick it up. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. very unprofessional.

This company is so dishonest that it demanded late fees on the entire cost of my job starting the first month they worked. This company is so dishonest that it promised repeatedly to finish my job but it took me having a meltdown 10 months later to get them to finish. This company is so dishonest that it did nothing for 10 months to pay me for an item that their employee removed from my home, and only finally did so when I had a meltdown. This company is so unprofessional that it never apologized for ignoring my job or my phone calls repeatedly asking them to finish. This company is so unprofessional that it never apologized for taking 10 months to finish my job or for the fact that an employee took something from my home. Do not hire this company.

Do not call this company! We had water damage so they came over and cut a hole in our ceiling. In the process, they cut an electrical cord and we were without power for a full day. They left a dryer at our house and we couldn't get a hold of them to come pick it up (It was left there for 2 weeks). Due to poor customer service, we told them we do not want to proceed with using them so he wanted to charge us for having the dryer the entire time! Then he said we owed over $200 so we just paid it so that it would be done and over with and then we got an invoice for almost $900! In the end we paid over $1,000 for them to cut a hole in our ceiling and leave a giant blower/dryer in our kitchen. DO NOT CALL THEM! I read reviews and they did the same exact thing to other people - this is not a legit company!

****HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE****was told by serve pro, who i had to hire AFTER rapid dry, that rapid actually made the situation much worse due to their neglect of handling, left fans at my house for 3 months and only came when my attorney sent them a letter advising they would be considered abandoned property and sold if they did not get them...Please see the complaint I filed with them under the BBB. ****Stay away!!****
