We had to replace a bay window. I knew what I wanted and drew it out. After reviewing my pics and drawings with Bob he guided me thru the rest of the process. Kept me posted thru the entire ordering process. When the day came for installation his guys were here and so was HE!!! He was at the job the entire time making sure everything was perfect. We couldn’t be happier with our new front window. His guys cleaned up everything like they were never here. Highly recommend and will definitely be using him again for more projects!!! I can't put into words how pleased I am with the finished product. My home is extremely old 113 years and I think the wood siding and windows were just as old. I highly recommend Bob and Affordable Home Improvement. He came in from the beginning and was very professional and helped me figure out what would work best with my budget and desires. He has been very hands on and answered all questions. If you're looking for any type of home improvement go with Bob and his company, you won't regret it. New doors, windows, siding and gutters. I randomly called Bob at Affordable to put in my new front window about 5 years ago. Bob and his team were amazing. Excellent craftsmanship, prompt, clean and reasonably priced. They did such a great job that I have since called them back for my new garage door, other windows in my house and then recently new kitchen sliding doors. I had windows and doors including 2 storm doors installed in my home in the fall. The owner of the company is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was flexible with scheduling and answered all my questions honestly. The men who did the installs were the same. The new windows and doors helped keep my home warm over the winter and now cool as we enter summer. I would definitely use them again.

Owner and installer was prompt, polite and clean. Called and Bob set up appointment in a timely fashion. Had a Front Entrance door and Storm Door installed. Installer was on time, answered any questions I had. He was Knowledgeable and Meticulous. I Love my New Doors and will be calling them back for my Windows.....

Out of my three quotes for replacing windows, he charged the most expensive. I would thought the quality of work would be the best. The boss knows how to talk or sells well. When I watched them do the work, I started to worry because they took out our existing j channel on my vinyl siding but not adding j channels or flashing tape when they installed all windows. Well they did add a metal sheet to prevent water coming into the house, but I don't think this is enough step up. Then a yr later, my worry became right, one of the windows, there was water came into the house. Took about 9 months to get the boss to send someone to fix. Hardly pick the phone and I left tons of voice messgae. Winter I would understand not good to fix. spring or summer he managed to find many excuses not to come until I was about to take action then he sent a guy and fixed. Couple months later water leaking again, I called and left msg many time, never gotten a called back. Eventually, I called a window contractor to fix the problem. Don't get trapped when he offers you 10 or 15 yrs workmanship warranty. You will get frustration. This boss to me he is like superior salesman, you have job and paying money, he will show up right away, you need a repair from the warranty, you screwed. Windows itself are fantastic but not the quality or customer service.
