Brian & his team were extremely professional from start to finish. I reached out to the company via email to the website & Brian answered directly and was at my house to give me an estimate the same day. I was kept in the loop of the process from start to finish with photo updates through out the day. They were ready organized and clean with a prominent of this size & they had everything done within 2 days. Brian was wonderful to work wit. I wish I had more houses for him to work on.

I was a little worried when I had to get my roof done and didn’t know who to call so I took it upon myself to look over some reviews. I came across B&B and man Let me tell you they are phenomenal. Billy & his crew did first class work, and at a rather reasonable rate.I had water damage due to a poorly 'repaired' chimney leak done by the previous owner of my home. Billy re did the job correctly including adding some tiles building up the area to help water drain away from the chimney.He also did some remedial caulking to help with some bricks that will need to be re-pointed, and the crew cleared out my gutters (which were somewhat overdue for a good cleaning).The property was left clean, and I was shown close up video of the state of the job, before and after. All in all, quite pleased, and I would certainly use B&B again (and considering the age of the roof, at some point will) I rate B&B 12 stars out of 10!

On 11/21/2022 a cold morning high of 40 degrees, Bill and his team showed up on time and told me everything they were going to do, and it was met with no issues, Brain came by to oversee things as well. Bill and the team cleaned up and were done for the day. Had to stop it was winter time getting dark early.On 11/22/2022 they came back temp in the 50's they finished off the roof, Bill brought to my attention any issues and how they were going to rectify them...The roof is complete and they cleaned up. I am a very clean person so I did a second round myself but they truly cleaned up 95%...Thank you all, you braved the cold and were able to complete the roof in two days...My hat is off to you Bill and the crew you had.Thank you Jenna, she called me with to set it all up.Done Once, Done right. Their professionalism is outstanding. That was my second roof (second house) done by B&B. This time I didn't even call other company's. I meet Brian to go over the scope. He showed me all options. After a few days, we scheduled an installation day. He is very flexible with dates. I wasn't home when the crew came and did the work. They ripped off 2 layers of old shingles, installed a new skylight and new roof fan, and new shingles. Everything in one day. Bill & Russ made this monster roof job of mine a pleasant experience! They and their crew showed up everyday, early and ready to work. They were professional, friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about roofing. At the onset of the job, Bill and Rus both took the time to walk me through each phase of the project and explain all of the materials used. I felt confident based on their explanation that both I and my house were in the BEST hands. At the end of every days work they left my property clean and prepped for the next days tasks. Very Professional service. They arrived, as promised, at 7:30am sharp. The roofers introduced themselves and the scope of work they were performing. They set up their operation, started their work and by 2:30 they were finished. And this was roofing removal, sheathing replacement and waterproofing and shingle installation, all by 2:30pm. Their drone took progress pictures of the work, and the company sent me the pictures within the next few days. When the work was completed, they left the neighbors' easements broom clean. The roof on my house and shed were old and they replaced it same day. They cleaned around the property, took all the trash and covered the house/railings with tarps to not cause any damage.
