Dean is our “go-to” contractor! We have hired him numerous times and have referred him to our family and friends. He did our fabulous deck with built in bar, a complete basement renovation including custom closets, a new fireplace and a new bathroom. He also has done smaller jobs, such as custom moldings around my home. His workers were all polite and did a great job as well. He was able to deal with my silly requests and texts when I had questions or had design ideas. His attention to detail is impeccable- he really as a eye for what’s in style and still is able to keep you on budget. I can’t say enough about them - just fantastic!! Call them for your next job - you won’t be disappointed!!!

Dean, I can’t thank you enough for making my dream dining room come true. Thank you for opening up walls we didn’t know could be opened. Thank you for finding the hidden spaces between the walls in our awkwardly layed out house and taking them down to make our house a dream home. Now it is open and flows perfectly, thanks to you! Thank you for the beautiful columns I asked for that were made perfectly to match the ones I showed you. Thank you for adding a third window in our dining room to make it brighter and appear even bigger than it is. Thank you for your beyond reasonable price. Dean was subcontracted by our insurance company recommended contractor to remodel two bathrooms after a "raccoon incident". Teams of "handymen" showed up to perform the various taskes required. The two stars are generous, and exclusively for the plumbers & painters, actually, the painters did a remarkable job, considering they didn't come in to paint when the new walls went up and the room was empty, no, they were sent in after everything was installed, including light switches! So they did a great job of painting around stuff, that is, if you don't open the medicine cabinet and see the drips & portion of the wall they missed!They didn't know how to install a concealed trap toilet. Ok, maybe that's new & the adapter kit instructions were in English, but they didn't even know how to install the seat on the conventional toilet! They even siliconed the plastic covers over the side bolts, instead of using the plastic locking caps that come with them! Really! We're stillLooking for where they installed them!Do not, I repeat, do not let them tell you that they know how to build a shower pan!!! They do not!!! I'm standing in a puddle of "don't worry" every day... "Don't worry" is what they told me when I pointed out that the pan was not pitched before they tiled anything! Also, do not let them tile anything. If the tiles are straight, there is invariably grout missing between them, if there is grout between each tile, the wall will have a wave! How can tiles be wavy on a brand new wall?!? If you call them back to fix it, they can't, really. You will have to learn to "live with it" as I have. We never had such a big job done before, and we relied upon the word of the contractor, over our concerns, what do we know? They are the professionals and they know what they are doing; but we learned the hard way. Don't be like us. Get a quality guarantee and be persistent if you don't feel comfortable with what you see. Ask questions and keep on top of the workers. But, in the end, If you want well meaning, albeit substandard work and an "OK" remodeling job, then these are your guys!
