John and staff installed two brand new ceilings in my hallway and part of a wall. I was so pleased with the results. He even went out of his way to purchase a paint that prevents mold and even put back the wallpaper on the part of the wall he had to replace as well. They were on time and were clean and love the outcome. Great work. I recommend everyone give him a call you will be pleased with his work, price and promptness.

John Michael's contracting is one of the most homeowner friendly contracting companies I have ever worked with. Hiring a contractor is always such a daunting process because I frankly don't trust most contractors having to deal with quality of work, pricing and the other headaches. John is upfront and honest and provides the best quality of work for one of the most affordable prices I have seen. He has done multiple projects with me, and having spent at least $100,000 with him over the course of my lifetime, I can say the return on investment in the value of my home is worth every penny.

Hire his company to remodel the main bathroom (new tile floors, walls, shower, tub, vanity, mirror, and lighting).Also a total remodel a power room and paint two floors of my home.When all work was complete the hot water faucet in the bathtub did not work. He indicated he would repair it but did not .He has not returned my many messages. I kept my agreement and paid him on time and in full.
